Just placed a pick up order went inside to get and girl taking orders was rude and acted like we was bothering her being there. I thought I ordered a side of cheese but did not so I bothered her again to order and she charged me $1.29 which is kind of high price but I still wanted but when she brought it out cup was half full so I asked her to fill it up and she said that is as full as it gets. I said look at it.... she would not she turned her back on us and walked away. Gentleman that worked there was watching all this go down and without us saying another word he gave us another cup of cheese at no cost... thank you sir... look at picture tell me that is as full as it gets?
My experience usually isn’t bad if I am taking my food with me, but my husband wanted to stay in the restaurant to eat, and the place is just filthy. Every surface felt sticky and there was glitter all over a couple of the chairs. Every table was dirty, there are cobwebs everywhere and old wallpaper peeling off of the walls. The place should’ve been gutted and remodeled 15 years ago. At the very least, you need an outside cleaning crew to come in and do a deep clean. You can’t expect your closers to clean to that level, but that’s what it needs. Also, the country music is horrendous to listen to and there are political ads every few minutes that are ridiculous to hear while you are trying to eat your food. My food was decent. The atmosphere is an epic fail.
My girlfriend and I went through the drive through and had a great experience. Freddy was super helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. He was super friendly and very nice and made it a great experience! Please make Freddy a a manager or at least a raise he is a great worker
Ok Whoever is in the kitchen Making the sandwiches right Now y’all need to keep them my food was Amazing this is my second day in a row I had to spin the block just to see if it would be just as good as yesterday and it was even better Everyone is always nice even when I had an issue they fixed it with no issue will Return soon and shout out to the Sandwich maker ????????❤️
freddy was so helpful & kind. my boyfriend & i went through and he was so nice and patient while we ordered in the drive through. we accidentally sent a mobile order of fries to a different location & he went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed without any hassle. he made sure our food was hot and fresh and we had all of our sauces. freddy needs a raise! it’s been a long time since i’ve had a friendly experience at an arby’s anywhere.
Stopped here while traveling through and will never stop here again! The bathrooms were dirty and unmaintained. The service counter was dirty and sticky. We stood at the counter for a solid 5 mins before anyone waited on us even though they could clearly see us standing there. After calling out loudly three times someone finally said "someone will be with you in a few minutes". Should have left then but wanted to avoid another stop. The sandwich was ok but our small curly fry was only half full. When I questioned that I was told we would have to wait 3 minutes if we wanted a full order of fries. Enough said. I'm sure you can understand why this review gets a single star.
This used to be a good location, then something happened and they're never open in the morning. I am sitting here right now. Somebody came over the intercom and asked what I wanted and I'm no longer receiving a response from the person through the intercom. Go to a different location this has happened to me multiple times here.
Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our dine in order, waited another 20 for our food and was served cold curly fries and FROZEN potato cakes
