Best WLM Reviews

Last time I reviewed this store it was a fiasco. It's been about a year. Tonight they had a great staff. Ethan as shift lead set the pace by cleaning in dining room while making sure customer service was great. Jason was working counter and followed the example set by Ethan. Both these young men were working hard. The rest of the staff was also working. No cell phones in site. How refreshing!!! Food was great. Service fantastic and restaurant clean!!! What a wonderful experience.
I ordered a turkey sandwich. Bacon tasted old and not crunchy. Nuggets and fries over fried.
My chicken sandwhich was raw in the middle. I took it back and got a refund, but they didn't remotely care that they had a dissatisfied customer who they gave unsafe food to. If they had just said a simple, "sorry" I wouldn't have even written this. This is the second time I have had to get a refund from this specific place due to issues with the food, so I won't be coming back and recommend you don't either.
Ike greeted and took my order with good friendly energy, his co workers also seemed to be in good moods! Restaurant was super clean, my sandwich was perfect, curly fries were crispy and fresh, literally the ultimate Arby’s experience here.
The only time I ever come to Arby's. The summer return on their Chicken salad sandwich. It's the closest chicken salad to my homemade one, but I don't have to chop everything up myself so it's a win-win for me! ???? I'm glad that their sandwich is consistently good. It never disappoints. It's not a healthy option by any means (at 840 calories) but still, it's a cold option on hot days and "feels" lighter than a heavy burger. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy grapes, crispy lettuce and celery, crunchy sweet apples and the soft whole wheat bread. Yum! This location has some very friendly staff and I VERY much appreciate that they have so many seniors on staff. I ordered my food to dine in but got it to go instead of dining in. I always get the unsweetened tea with this sandwich and it always tastes freshly made. The only reason for the 4 stars is the manager or shift leader, whoever is in charge there today. You can hear her being loud and rude to the employees by correcting their "little mistakes". No need to talk to you employees in a harsh and condescending tone. And respect your elders. Be a nice human being, you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. If I've learned one thing after being a director or manager for many years....you're a much more effective leader if you follow the golden rule, treat others how you wish to be treated. I'm sure your guests don't want to be hearing you belittle your employees while trying to enjoy their food. Otherwise, all esle was great.
They brought back the Potato Cakes. Arby's, seriously please keep these on the menu. Mixed with Horsey Sauce. Deeeeeelicious!
In 52 years, I've never seen a manager so obviously in over her head. We came in and were completely ignored for 13 minutes as they gave all priority to the drive-thru. Finally a young man came over to take our order. Barely had we started speaking when the manager came over and said, in a chewing-out tone, "NO MORE taking orders. We're getting further and further behind, and we'll never catch up." The kid did what he was told and closed the register after taking our order, and the people behind us were just SOL.
And that brings me to the food. I know that the food rarely looks as good in reality as it does in the ad, but see my attached photo... I mean, c'mon. And to think that I had had to talk my wife into going to Arby's, because her last few experiences had been bad. Let's just say that this wasn't a redeeming visit.
Like, Cheers the staff at this Arby's knows your name. The staff, food, and cleanliness are always top-notch. I am in the area weekly, so I choose to eat here. I am always pleased.
