LarderRoom...Arby's is always my fast food go to when on the road. Today I enjoyed the new Fish Sandwich and the classic French Dip. Honestly I forgot they had a French Dip. And you get a huge cup of au jus! The food is always decent. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly!
Check your order to make sure its right. I ordered and paid for a 6pc mozzarella and only got 4pc. We called and they said if we came back, they would give us the 2 missing ones. Like anyone would go back out to do that. They wouldn't even refund the difference with us giving them the receipt information. Its just a way for them to steal from their customers. To many place "get it wrong by accident" now days.
We do enjoy Arbys food but this location isn't our favorite, not because of the food but the mistakes.
I Asked for extra honey mustard on my club wrap, then I changed it to be on the side and my club wrap had been completely Smothered and doused with honey mustard, it was so much honey mustard that you couldn’t even eat it. Not a great experience here
Typical Arby's food, that consistency is what fast food franchising is about. They nailed it. The food was good, as we expected.
What was slightly unexpected was the friendliness of the staff. We were "those people" that showed up 20 minutes before closing and ate there.
We knew what we were doing by arriving close to closing time, and planned to eat fast and get out, but they were so nice that we didn't feel rushed at all. The young man at the counter and the female manager on duty were not just polite, but genuinely friendly.
Service is one way a franchise can set itself apart from the others (good or bad) and these people were exceptional.
I'm so happy they brought back the potato cakes. The staff here is always friendly. Some items may take a little longer to get but it is worth the wait.
Ethen was very nice and apologetic for our wait. He was the only one working and it made me wonder what kind of General Manager of a restaurant would leave their night manager to work by themselves… That’s pretty sad and I will be calling the corporate office because that’s not right to do that!!! When I was a GM and my store was short staffed I brought myself in to help!!! The GM should be FIRED!!!
My husband and I arrived at the Eastgate/Cincinnati Arby's at 9:40 pm on a Sunday. There were only 2 people working as they explained that they were short staffed. They both apologized for the delay in taking our order and getting out food. However, we received our food relatively quickly. The order was prepared accurately, and the food was hot and delicious. Whatever these kind and hard-working employees are being paid is not enough!
Came into Arby's to have lunch with my Hubby. The lady at the counter was very friendly when taking my order. Gave me cups for my drinks, and told me to go ahead and find a seat and she will bring the food out when it's ready. Food hit the spot...was hot & good! Sauces were available for self serve... Very rare these days!
