4 stars on the food because there is barley any curly frys in the box anymore and I like the soft curly spring Fry's. But other then that the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and employees were nice ans restaurant was clean.
Got there a little early (1030) and I feel like I got leftovers from last night. Roast beef was a little discolored and the bun was hard. May have just been a bad experience this time.
Worst Arby's experience. Waited in line forever. The food was cold. Not just a little cold but the inside of my chicken sandwich was cold. They gave me the wrong fries and they were also cold. Terrible
Abnormal experience but I wanted the fish meal. They said it was seasonal. Bummer. Then I ordered the new prime rib sub. They asked me if I wanted sauces. No thanks, just ketchup. They didn't have ketchup. Bummer. Pulled off, reached in the bag and it didn't feel like a sub. It was on the bread for the Market Fresh sandwiches. Bummer. Pulled back up to the window and said I think I received the incorrect sandwich. She says, Oh no you didn't! You got the prime rib sub but we don't have the buns... so we put it on bread. Yikes! Thanks for not having the sub bun, ketchup or fish. But you have the meats?? Won't be going back there.
Don't get a drink from here unless you want water. Sodas are flat, and other drinks are watered down. The person taking orders sounds like she is half asleep and like she's bothered you had to come get food there. Pitiful way to run a business.
I always get drive thru and the food quality is always good. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is very good and other sandwiches are ok.
I went through drive thru, nice staff but they forgot my turnover.
This is the second time in 2 months that I have paid for a combo meal but I don't realize until I get all the way back to work that they forgot my drink. It's very frustrating
