BLUF — buyers beware: do not use the app to order from this restaurant, because you won’t know if everything that you ordered is available until AFTER you’ve given them your money and arrived at the restaurant to pick up your order. Worse, they won’t refund your money nor will they substitute a like item.
This so called “fast food restaurant” is quite possibly the worst place restaurant in the Bedford area. The main reason why my family and I decided to order from there was because they have an app that allows you to order and pay ahead of time, so all one has to do is go inside and “skip the line” to pick up your order. The first issue they have with this option is that the menu is never updated with what items are available and which ones are “sold out” or unavailable. To add to this problem, when a customer orders an item(s) that isn’t available the restaurant doesn’t inform them of such. Further, when this occurs the restaurant staff doesn’t refund the money spent on said items, nor do they substitute a like item in its place. So, bottom line, this restaurant is stealing from the customers. This exact situation has happened to me on multiple occasions. For instance, on one occasion I ordered three cherry turnovers for my wife, son, and myself and when I arrived and picked up the order, the turnovers were not in the bag. Upon inquiring about the missing turnovers the staff told me they weren’t available, so I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t refund me for the unavailable items. So then I asked them to substitute the cherry turnovers with apple, to which they responded they could not do that either. So in that particular case they essentially stole my money. On another occasion, the very same issues occurred, but this time instead of turnovers it was the Reese’s cookies option that is on their menu. The first time this happened to me, I simply chalked it up to poor customer service and terrible staffing issues. However, when the exact same experience occurred approximately one month later, I could no longer believe that it was a “one-time phenomenon” and I’m positive that it has happened to others.
Food at any Arbys is alright in terms of quality. Bedford Arbys is always fast, the service has always been friendly (to me at least) and the food is always hot. They give me tons of sauce when I ask for it in drive-thru which makes them better than any other fast food service that doesn’t.
The handle on the main door was hanging, causing the door to be propped open, so the restaurant was full of flies. At the counter I seemed to be ignored, and while waiting heard the person that was working the drive thru window cursing. The entire place was unsanitary. The drink station was leaking liquid around the sides into my cup when I pushed the button to fill my cup. I did not eat my meal for fear I would get sick. I will never eat there again.
I just want to say how unimpressed I was with the drive thru girl tonight. Clearly eating out is expensive already, so if you forget the item I will come back. But for you to roll your eyes because I was missing an item that you all forgot is not professional.
They do a very good job here. They are very courteous, and very quick about getting our order ready. The foig I always really good.
This was not my first visit at this Arby’s location, but it was definitely my most memorable. I have never witnessed a fast food restaurant as busy as this was that day. The drive-through was so backed up and remained so the entire time I was there. There were so many people waiting in line at the counter to place their orders. I didn’t know if me and my friend were going to be able to place an order. Some people had been waiting nearly 20 to 30 minutes for their food. We decided we would go ahead And wait since we had nowhere we had to be and we were in no rush. Everyone in the restaurant was polite, courteous and understanding. I’m not quite sure why everyone decided to go there that day my friend and I were going to eat inside, but seeing how there were absolutely no tables available, and it was extremely loud we decided we would take our food to eat. I have to admit, even after all of the waiting and all the people it was the best Arby’s food I had ever eaten. All of the workers were very dedicated to taking care of all of the customers. They were so polite and very determined to see that everyone was taken care of all of the orders were complete and as ordered. My food was so fresh and delicious. They went way above and beyond.
Always great service, It's rare for them to forget anything in our order and we always have big orders for lots of people.
I went in like maybe 20 or 30 minutes ago and Bedford Indiana I was getting into sandwiches and two cookies for my kids they got the sandwiches and they didn't get the cookies I told him I ordered the cookies and they told me they didn't hear it and they did I told them five or six times that I ordered the cookies and they wanted me to order it again almost $12 for just two sandwiches and they and he did it the young teenager heard me he was around maybe 19 or 18 years old they don't know how to train their employees and I have a learning disability and that he kind of made fun of that too how I can't remember my PIN number it's how he said it but you know what I went to the Mitchell one and the Mitchell one is way better he even gave me four cookies for free and bless his his heart because Mitchell Indiana Arby's is way better they have good service they have good better food and they know how to treat people I will never I will never ever go in Bedford Indiana Arby's again how I was treated it made me so upset that I was crying...
