Well....I was so excited to try ! The Chicken had a good taste. Didn't realize it was only Legs & Thighs when I ordered the 6 piece bucket, but..ok. I kept my order. They didn't have the spicy chicken????. Had Mac & cheese (tasty), Spaghetti - reminds you of Spaghetti-O's ( not a fan), Fries (ok taste but were not hot), Adobe rice ( ok), Gravy (ok). The Peach Mango pie was Delicious! & the Pineapple juice was Delicious!Also purchased a chicken sandwich (didn't try it yet). The workers speak "Jolly ".???? Have a Jolly day! Very friendly staff & many of them to take care of orders. If they sold Wings, I'd probably go back, especially to try the Spicy chicken.
African American male that wants to be female had me waiting in drive threw for 10 with no one at the window so I went in and I asked to speak to the person working drive thru and he said that they got to do a lot of things in there I said that is irrelevant customers are number one then a old white lady intervene and asked me the order person I gave it to her and told her I will be back to speak to a manager and get with corporate. The African-American man kept on speaking stupid to me. I feel that the staff their knee better training and how to run The restaurant better or the continue getting bad ratings and bad service from people and people don’t wanna spend their And the place will have to close
On 12/08/2024. Approx. 6:30. Purchased 2 Reuben's and fries. Approx. 24.00 Dollars. Got home and took a bite out of the Reuben and seen the bread had "MOLD". Went back with my purchase. Asked to speak with a manager. Had to wait until she finished her cig and phone call. Showed her the Reubens, and receipt. She called out to a worker you need to check the bread. Then left with my receipt, With out saying a word to me. Not a sorry, how can I make this right. She came back approx. 3-4 mins and returned my money. And again walked away with out saying a word. I spoke with the worker and asked that's your manager, where is the customer service? As the manager was going though the dinning room .She heard what I had said. And said DON"T COME BACK. And went back to her phone and another cig .in front of Arby's.
Horrible experience I ordered the number one double meat which is supposed to come with double cheese I did not get no double cheese I got a quarter size squirt of cheese on the top one. When my fiance brought it to the counter they told her 80 cents for some cheese what should have been on there I used to work for Arby's in 2012. Just never heard of charging somebody $0.80 for something that should have already been on there and her demeanor was rude the employees all looked at us like we were crazy and it was very not appreciated at all worst Arby's ever so far.
Never coming to this location again. For one, I placed an online order. When I get there, I asked the staff if they could make my drink without ice. They were very rude and let me know that they wouldn't be doing "all that."
Then, I get home and my food is extremely cold and my burger was extremely undercooked. Disgusting place with rude staff!!
Stopped at this location for the first time tonight. Not sure if they're understaffed tonight.. but the person working the drive through didn't give me a total at the speaker or offer to upsize my order, and didn't say hello, thank you or ask what sauce I wanted when I was at the window (they told me the total only), but included 2 of ea in the bag.
The amount of fries in the Large Curly Fry I ordered is comparable to a size small (photo shows actual amount, incl fries at bottom of bag), and the double roast beef I ordered is half the size. C'mon!
There was 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through, approx 9pm on Sat Aug 24th.
One or two of these things wouldn't warrant writing a criticizing review.
This location isn't open 7 days a week, however it was opened on a Friday afternoon. I had a roast beef sandwich and it was freshly made. The orange milk shake was a big hit for me. The dining room was clean and the staff was friendly.
We went through the drive thru and the person working the window was pleasant which is very refreshing. Our food was actually hot, not luke warm or cold, and it was tasty!
