Very clean establishment food was hot and fresh
I couldn't make my comment until today due the fact that the entire situation made me sick. I decided to order from this Arby's because for one they were supposed to be opened. Google said they closed at 11 on Friday and Saturday's as well as the Arby's app said the same thing. It also let me order the food with no issue. I put in the order at 9:38 to 9:40. That would have gave me about 30 minutes to get to the location to pick up my food. I arrived at 10:05 to see the doors were already. Well that's fine the app did say if this was the case go to the drive through which I did. They had the lights on the sign of but there was someone in the location so I drove to the window. The man who was there said that they were already closed which should not have been the case and that they threw my food in the trash. Now I spent 17.38 on my order so I know this should have not been the case. Calmly I said ain't no way you're closed if Arby's app and Google says that you are open. I let the man know I was calling Arby's corporate to let them know that they closed early and that I just spent money on food that I had not received. The man got mad and had the nerve to slam the window hollering about reporting him. For clarification I did not say report him I said report the location. I still have yet to receive a refund for the food that I ordered that night but I did make a report because if you close at 11:00 pm you should close at 11:00 pm. I did not receive my food. I am still waiting for a refund.
Do NOT go to this location expecting fast food. I have a 30 min lunch break & was working 0.9 miles from this location, so u thought that would be perfect! I didn't even get to eat my lunch because I had to rush back & clock in. I spent 23 mins in the drive-thru line trying to get my food. I'll not go back.
I have never been a big fan of Arby's but this location, I will definitely visit again. The cashier was very nice and helpful, and my food was delicious, the restaurant itself was clean, and had a good vibe and atmosphere. The wait time was more than I would've liked but that's about it and my ultimate dining experience was worth it. If you like Arby's pay em a visit, and if you don't, still stop by, they might change your mind.????
I want to the 2for$6.00.asked the young man about how the meal work. Well he act like I was in his way. Never said welcome,how can I help you. So I want the two sandwich. But I got one sandwich and frymac& cheese ball. Not at all what I order. 10-23/5:45pm.Not Happy at All.
Be ready to wait in line....at least you know it's fresh, tho. Good food. Just takes a minute in the drive thru.
I love arbys. The one in bossier though doesn't have very friendly staff, ever. The inside smells like sewage, has for many years so I just use the drive thru the few times a year I go anymore. The prices are way too high and they really skimp on the meat and cheese the past few years. Today I asked for 1 simple change to my basic number 1...no red sauce on my sandwich. The lady even repeated it back to me. Get down the road and open it and there's the red sauce ????. I do love the food though. But the little you get just isn't worth the money anymore, which I why I rarely go.
I have never understood why Arby's is not on the list of top fast food restaurants. The Roast beef is Amazing! Great sides, choices for the whole family (even picky eaters). Desserts that are wonderful and the best sauces EVER! Go find out how good they are. A little pricy (like everything else) took advantage of an offer on the App. So it worked out pretty well, price wise.
