Best WLM Reviews
Holy cow, what absolutely stellar service from the GM and Alicia!! I wish I had gotten the cook's name, because this is honestly the best looking, and best tasting Arby's I've ever had! Savage always knocks it out of the park! I will definitely be calling corporate to tell them how wonderful these guys are!
They were awesome with our assisted living and independent residents when we came in for a group outing. They were kind and hard working people. The residents loved the food!
I usually go there after 8:00pm.
I have to say...their "night crew" has always been good to me.
Polite, great service with friendly smiles and quality fast food.
Which is why I keep coming back for my favorite items on their menu!
Also... A Huge *Shout Out* to Daniel & his crew on Saint Patrick's Day evening... Our Ruebens were WAY better than expected (even better than Ze's Diner)! Thank you!!
Mixed review and feelings everytime I come here. Sometimes they are great and others horrible. Half the time I’m treated like an inconvenience and the other half it’s like I’m their favorite customer. Clearly it pertains to the staff who’s working at the time of interaction.
Tonight's meal was a waste of money. What used to be good somehow turned bad. Other than the shakes. Chicken club wrap was dry, jalapeno bites were woody and greasy and the Grand, Turkey Club was a mess. Won't be back for since time.
Once again these employees and the short haired manager couldn't screw in a light bulb. I truthfully do not complain truthfully... but the simplest things are out the window... ordered 3 Buffalo chicken sliders, 3 jalapeno roast beef sliders they can make that a fn screw-up... only one in drive-thru. Time for a new fast food chain in there!
Love going to this location. No matter what time of day it is, the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Never have to ask for fresh fries. Even late at night there fresh. Strawberry lemonade is amazing. The only downside is the size for the strawberry lemonade shrank. Large is smaller then it uses to be.
Food was hot. Employees were friendly.
