I ordered on the app and my order was ready with the ASAP option. I was about ten minutes away. This location was steadily busy with the drive thru. I went inside to get my app order.
I was greeted and asked for my order. While I was here I bought their 4 for $10 on the classic Arby’s roast beef.
The Return of the Potato Cake.
It’s a classic menu item that has been sorely missed. The advertisement mentions that it’s “limited” and “while supplies last”. I hope they correct this. Please bring back the “steakhouse” onion rings too!
The employees were busy and friendly. The food was good and hot too.

I’m still concerned about using this location. I have noticed that there are cars in the drive thru now around the time I was told they were “closed”.
Hopefully they have staff that will take the store to close at their posted hours.

This location closes when it wants. It’s disappointing that they can’t stay open to their posted time. Sorry you need applications, but change your store hours publicly then.
Food was ok, but the atmosphere is worse than a Waffle House at 3am. The workers wearing masks half way, but every table has trash on it. Floors are sticky. There is a guy in the back with long hair with no hair net that’s done nothing but complain while in here.
Great team at this Arby's, but they are understaffed now. Always had great service before, food came out fast, hot and fresh. Used to be my favorite Arby's in StL.
Used the drive thru and ordered a Ruben combo with a coke.
My order went smoothly. The wait for the food was less then 10 minutes.
Every time I go inside the food holding area is clean.

This review is strictly because of the manager here. I told the staff very clearly that I have to have diet soda. If anyone else reading this is diabetic then they know the importance of not serving a sugar filled drink to someone who makes it clear they cannot have it (they were told I need diet and I asked for diet 2 times). Well, surprise, I had to deal with crazy high blood sugar all night. I called the next morning to speak to a manager and I was met with a manager who seemed annoyed she even had to take a call but after explaining the situation she was so unbothered and then got an attitude with me when pressed further. If it weren't for this manager I wouldn't give this review. Mistakes happen sure, but to have a manager who doesn't even try to make it up to the customer after such negligence (potentially deadly) is inexcusable. No offer to refund or literally do anything, just attitude towards me.
My grandson son and I love this place. Good food and reasonably priced. Cheaper than McDonald's and healthier.
Got the Arny's gyros 2 for 6 deal with a large curly fry and drink, I got roast beef & traditional, it was extremely good. I highly recommend it to any gyros fan you won't be sorry. The service was nice and speedy as well, keep up the good work!
