Made a couple of dinner pitstops on North Collins St after the Dallas Cowboys vs Ravens home game.
This was the first one.
Roast beef sandwich w/ curly fries is usually the go-to order but we had other spots to hit up so we scratched the fries and just got the roast beef sandwich.
There were only a couple patrons seated inside (mind you, this location is RIGHT across from AT&T Stadium so we expected it to be PACKED after the game).
Anyways the girl who served us was courteous. Our food was ready in about 5-10 min.
I remember the roast beef sandwich having more sauce in it. Or maybe we just hit bad luck w/ this particular location and they skimped on the sauce? Also, I remember the sandwiches having more meat in them too! Either way, the sandwiches were dry. Luckily the condiment sauce bar was fully functional.
1/3 of the faucets at the drink machine were also out of service so that was funny.
I went to this Arby’s to try the Good Burger 2 meal. It took a while for my food to come out at the drive through. I didn’t complain because they were close to closing time so I understood. I got back to my hotel and took a few bites of my burger to find it not done. I attempted to eat around it but found that the entire burger was like this. Very disappointed.
There has been very little improvement in this location. While it was cleaner than my previous visit it still needs improvement. Also they were blasting what sounded like a religious pod cast through the instore speakers. T.V's were either turned off or broken. The beef and cheddar was good but the brisket was garbage. The cheese was crispy hard the brisket was dried out and very old tasting. See photos.
Order my food with nobody in there after 30 mins still no food I ask for a refund and they ask me what i had.....they gave me no receipt....after asking for refund they ignored and where trying to get food ready so I had to walk out as I was going to be late to where I was going. Everyone in the drive thru were coming in and asking for money back or wrong food.
Rude, passive aggressive woman employee working the drive thru on December 17, 2024 at 10:40am. I was just trying to order food and all I got was attitude. I didn’t complain, I just left.

FOOD IS MADE SLOPPY!! NO PRIDE IN THE WORK, MINIMAL EFFORT. MESSY. Like they make it with their eyes closed!
I went by and purchased a double beef and cheddar, along with an extra side of nacho cheese. What I received was the tough end of the meet thick, sliced meat, not shaved like normal and sauce everywhere without just a little bit of cheese on the sandwich and half the cup full of nacho cheese
Placed a mobile order from my wife’s phone before leaving to the store upon arriving to Arby’s given the guy my name on the order seen the order on on my pick up area. Quincy Johnson continued to press me on whether or not that was actually my meal or not upon showing him my online receipt with an order confirmation number and a time to pick it up Still didn’t believe that that was my food. I told him word for word. The order was verifying it still tried to deny me my food. My wife sent me three confirmation. Things upon his answer was well where is the name? I don’t know, bro. here’s the confirmation with a confirmation after biting into my food chicken was raw contact corporate will update review after then but seems a little odd. They are high security over food when they cannot cook it properly.
I ordered a classic beef and cheddar. It only had beef. No cheese. No sauce. I threw it in the trash. I hated that I wasted my lunch break going there. I knew I should've gone to Popeyes.
