Went to the location in Chester SC, No cars in the parking lot..0. Went to the drive thru and No one answered. Drove around to the window and you could not se ANYONE IN THE BUILDING, but you could see it looked like the equipment was being used, not clean and put away we sat at the window and No one came. Drove back around the building and the back part of the restaurant had the lights out. I called and someone did answer the phone but did not give a name. She said they were open; I told her we had just sat at the drive thur order window and the picknup window and she said yeah we heard a peep but didn't see anyone..., that's because you were no where out frontI I thought to myself. asked for the district number and she said she didn't have one he could give me a manager number which went to voice mail repeatedly. This will be another Chester Closing because people don't want to work they just want a paycheck. We almost called 911 to report it looked very odd because we thought maybe someone had gone in and rovved the staff , turned off the lights and locked them out of sight.. There is no way a manager of any kind was on duty. Someone may have been there with that title but they were not managing the store. Very sad. Do these people not understand if they don't make any sales they want keep them open which means they want have a job at all or do they really just not care. I hope a general manager over the a tea or someone with authority and cooʻth read this and changes are made or it will be another empty building So very sad..
Food is always fresh . I have always been happy with my meal here. Friendly customer service! They gave me a discount I was not aware of.
Food tastes amazing, roast beef was lacking a few layers. And service was little slower considering it was an off time . If we pass through I'll give them another chance.
This is a new building. They do very good here, food was right to our order! Friendly staff, fast service, flavorful food! I will return here. We had fish sandwiches, hold the tarter but add cheese ????. Very good like that!
The market fresh wraps is the best thing at Arby's. Definitely have to try them if you haven't. Chicken club wrap and jalapeno bacon ranch wrap are the 2 I always get.
Food was excellent as always. But today the lady at the drive thru was not nice at all. The usual girl that's there is awesome , always pleasant.
So impressed with Nikki at the drive thru. She was so friendly and patient as we ordered! It was so wonderful to have someone treat us nicely because customer service is very scarce nowadays. The other young lady working was very nice too!! Very pleasant experience and the food was fresh! Very thankful and impressed!
There was No One there! Only one person in the drive thru and they left as soon as we got to the window and was told to pull up to the door. Our food was cold and no straws or Arby's sauce that was asked for. I live in Chester and won't go back until there is better staff. Just another restaurant that doesn't make money taking space and paying employees to be teenagers. Good luck with that.
