Drive through service, Stopped in here for some quick dinner. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a arbys. The bread was soft and super fresh along with the roast beef. Best Sandwich I've gotten from fast food in a very long time . This staff deserves a A+ .....
Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I pull up to the speaker at the drive-through and the guy says give me a moment so I said OK. I sat at that speaker for about 10 minutes before someone finally came to it AFTER I got their attention because I felt like they had forgot about me. Then, I sat in line behind one car for an additional 15 minutes. I had never had to wait in line at an Arby’s that long before so I was a bit agitated. But, I just said stuff happens. So, I get my food and it is horrible. My curly fries are burnt, my beef and cheddar has hardly any cheddar on it, and it had very very little red sauce . Not to mention, my sandwich was ice cold. This was the absolute worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would not recommend this Arby’s to anyone and I will not ever be going back to this location.
This Arby's was so clean! It also had a very nice dining room. We even enjoyed table service, as it was slow when we were there. Food was also good ???????? and a great value. Thanks Arby's for being a great go to place, even when out of town ????!
So I have tattoos. Nothing new these days, but I ordered my food. Went to sit down after seven hours of driving order my food for in store to eat sitting down waited for about 10 minutes when I looked at my receipt and the time I walked up to the front to see what was taking so long my stuff is in the bag to go and nobody called me so what was the point of asking my name feeling a little prejudice here you gotta say that people suck who work here don’t recommend

Sadly, I got a moldy bun when I sat down to eat lunch today. I had already eaten some of the sandwich before I noticed the problem. I immediately took the offending item back to the counter and showed it to the staff there. The young man who’d taken my order grabbed the attention of the lady working with him. She seemed to be a manager type. She literally cried when she saw my moldy bun and apologized profusely.
The cashier grabbed a replacement sandwich off the line and handed it to me while the manager lady went to the back and loudly reminded the staff to check the buns.
Then, she came back out to the dining room to track me down, offer to remake my food and gave me a couple meal tickets.
Bad start, great recovery.
I hope they get their bun problem fixed!

There are two locations in Lebanon. This one is on hwy 231 off the interstate ramp. I don't usually stop at this location. The other location is on west main in Lebanon. And that is my goto spot. You can't beat the roast beef at any location, Arby's has the secret locked on in that aspect of fast food. And they pile it high on a monster sandwich, expect sloppy, but it's always good! This last stop at the hwy 231 location did mess up my sandwich, no bacon, when it was supposed to come with bacon. We even waited for the bacon to cook, but the bacon didn't make it to the sandwich. Also, the "orange cream" milkshake machine was down, so there's that disappointment. But what we ordered was good quality so no complaints.
Food was good. Service a bit slow and they were out of napkins but they gave us some when we asked. Tea both sweet and unsweet was good which is unusual for a fast food place.
