It was a bit of a wait for six sliders but other than that it was great I just wish the sliders weren't all smashed up the way they were it was a bunch of guys so they more than likely didn't know their own strength. Really polite cashier. Good price!
Super expensive for product that isn't very consistent. One day it's great, the very next day it's awful. What happened to the curly fries by the way? I used to be able to eat a whole large fry by myself but now I just end up throwing them away. Also, what's up with the kids toys? One day my daughter gets a dinosaur toy, the very next day she gets a book made for a 2yr old? If you're gonna charge an arm and a leg for fastfood, at least be consistent!
It was ok. I ordered something other than my usual "regular roast beef" and was disappointed. Brisket bacon beef dip was not as good as I had hoped. The meat was dry and crunchy the dip tasted like hot brown water and was helpful to make the bread and meat moist. I didn't order curly fries but I like them enough that I didn't go back to the drive thru for another 15 minute wait to have them exchanged. I had originally headed to the location on Indiana because Google said it was the closest location to where I was. Indiana was closed I found out by calling them after I noticed that the location looked under construction. The nice person on the phone was nice enough to tell me the next closest location. Customer service at the drive thru window was good and they were sweet to give my dog Lola a treat.
I came in with a large group and I was super impressed with how the staff handled our order. They were professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to serve us, even recombining some of my order to get a better price overall.
We hadn't been to Arby's in a while..they have their fish sandwich right now and theirs puts any other burger/sandwich shop to shame! Huge fish fillet, yummy tartar sauce, lettuce and I add tomato. Very generous and filling. My daughter got a market fresh Turkey sandwich and it was really good! The bread was soft and the turkey was delicious. The crinkle fries are a nice change from curly fries. The valley location on Sprague is always clean, the food is fresh and tastes great and the staff are friendly and professional.
Please do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this arbys. Tried to go there the other night 45 min before closing and the staff of 6 told us no, we couldn’t order anything because it was “too late” and they didn’t want to nor cared. This is not the first time this arbys has been rude and disrespectful. The one downtown and is AMAZING. Do yourself a favor and take a little further drive to the one downtown. Don’t waste your day coming to this one. (Update) The manager called and we had a good conversation about what had happened and he assured me he held the people accountable. He was very apologetic and friendly. Gave us some free coupons and was very sincere. Will try this one again because of the amazing manager.
Absolutely love Arbys so decided to order lunch for me and coworker. The milkshake i ordered tasted like pure coffee which is disgusting. My French dip didn't come with the sauce either which is very disappointing. Was looking for something that would taste great but left me feeling even worse than not eating lunch.
A poor value anymore. Another place I'm not willing to spend money at.
