Best WLM Reviews
I eat at this arbys probably 2 times a week. But today I went around 8:15 o'clock and the roast beef was old. It was all hard and cold and there was like rubber type pieces in there. I couldn’t even eat it. This is a bad look on Arbys.
I absolutely love the food and the seating area. The only problem i have is the prices are really high for fast food. It's a rare treat for me to get Arby's because it's just too high priced
Clean and fast! Use the app to get free food and discounts. Cant go wrong with Roast Beef!
Can see employees cleaning during customers! So nice to see the inside neat and cleaned! Orders were spot on...live the Orange Cream shake!
Have always loved Arby's. They're foods more pricey but was always better than most fast food restaurants. The past few times tho prices increased the service has went down hill. When u pay $10+ for a meal it sd be worthy for the money. This was a sandwich as it was prepared by them today. Not even enough meat to spread over whole bun.
Tried to make conversation with the counter attendant, but she wasn't having any of it. Mentioned it's been awhile since we visited this particular location, and didn't remember the prices being do high. I was told, "I'm not in charge of prices." Said last time we were there they forgot the cheese on my wife's sandwich, please make sure it's there this time. I was told, "I don't look at each individual sandwich." OK, that's fine. Maybe she just needs some more training.
I very rarely leave reviews, positive or negative, but this place earned one. I've eaten food from here maybe half a dozen times in the past few months since i moved to the area and the food has always been on point. The crinkle fries super fresh and perfect, sandwiches out together well and never soggy.
I can't comment on the atmosphere too much, as I don't eat in restaurants much these days, but they seem like a pretty good team who are friendly to each other and to customers. Keep it up Arby's!
Arby's has improved by leaps and bounds over the last several years. It's one of my favorite places to hang with the kids and enjoy a good "fast food" meal. I can't recommend the jalapeno bites enough! Very tasty!
