I had ordered a medium milkshake and they gave me the wrong size and didn’t tell me they had only a regular and large size. And I told them to give me a large. And then they said that my card did not go through and I showed them it charged my account. And then they took my phone from me and refused to give me back my phone til I gave him my card and then proceeded to charged me an extra 19$ for my food. And then I get home and they gave me the wrong food l. I ordered a roast beef sandwich not a gyro. The guy refused to help me and refused to give me a refund too.
Honestly, the food could be great, I have no idea. I sat for nearly 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive-through and was never greeted. No one ever took my order. Five employee vehicles, and apparently something is going on so dire that they cannot even say hold on for a minute. as in no one ever spoke to me. I went up the street to Zaxby’s.
Drive thru is so slow! Tried going inside a few times and no faster. Great food but losing customers pulling out of drive thru went it's not moving.
Place is a joke.
If you insist on eating there, go through drive through. They will wait on every car (even if they come long after you) before they will even look at a customer inside...
Took 25 minutes to get food after ordering in drive thru with just 3 vehicles in front of me. Roast beef was flavorless and tough. Looked like only one person taking orders and putting them together. Pitiful... SMH
Kamari is THE BEST! Super sweet, helpful, and obviously really good at her job. She helped me with my dietary restrictions and didn’t make me feel weird for asking. Kamari for sure deserves recognition for how amazing she made my transaction. Thanks!
Horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes for 3 sliders. Others who ordered after me were served with will orders. Food sucks silders are so small . Over all they need to leave Blairsville. Horrible chain here
It's beyond me how a fast food restaurant could continue to operate when it would allow its employees to work at such a low caliber.
