Went through the drive through .
The lady didn’t greet , didn’t restate the total , didn’t say one thank you . Weird stares.
Sigh .. wish you could train your employees the most basic customer service mannerisms. Even my 14/15 year old employees know that . But food was fine. Prioritize basic customer service please .
I love me some Arbys. I'm sad that potato cakes have gone away again. The southern or Cajun or something employee needs to learn some green bay. It was tricky having them take my order. I love me some Arbys. Delicious! This location is amazing!!
When it comes to fast food fish I had always been loyal to the fish sandwich from the Golden Arches but only recently have I become open minded to try other fish sandwiches and thankfully enough Arby's has a 2 for 6 special for them.
These fish are the closest to what you can get from a Friday fish fry in all the right ways including a pretty big fish patty, but I'm not sure if I can also get a lemon slice on the side. I'm not Catholic, but overall I am totally recommending the Crispy Fish sandwich from here to my family since we are really into the taste of a fish fry and I had my heart won by this place! Keep it up!
Well, by far the best Arby's in the area... given that there are a few, this isn't saying much. Sandwiches were almost cold, ordered poppers, half had no cheese in them, one was flat out no good. I probably should have said something about the poppers issue ahead of finishing my meal. Hoping that next time, there will actually be cheese in the poppers and heat in the sandwiches. Staff was very nice however... because of them, we will come back and try this particular restaurant again.

Everything was delicious. The woman working tonight was very helpful and pleasant. I called about a refund because I thought I didn't get a nugget but indeed I did. It was hiding under some curly fries that had fell on top so my apologies for that.
BE PREPARED TO WAIT. Honestly you're better off driving down the road to the other Arby's to get your food faster. It normally takes 10+ minutes on a slower day to get my food at this store, which isn't that big of a deal because it's convenient. Finally decided to write a review about it because I sat there for 20 minutes without even taking a payment. I drove to the other store 10 minutes away and took them under 2 minutes to make the same order. Avoid this store and take a drive down the road if you really gotta have your roast beef!
I had to drive around 3 times bc I was 5 mins early to pick up a mobile order. Just to get a shake that was already melting.fries that wasn't fresh and the wrong boneless wing flavor. I got buffalo and didn't order buffalo.
