This Arby's crew went above and beyond to give my family a wonderful experience! Shout out to Mike and Andre (sorry If I misspelled) for being so polite, productive and professional! Everything was fresh and ready at the window! 5 STAR WORTHY
Went to a different location than my normal. Online app order was not ready at designated time. Burger (delicious at my regular!) was overcooked and somewhat cold, crispy fries also cold. Probably will avoid this location.
Went through drive threw three times since moving to the area the first time I got cold frys and a wrong sandwiched I took it as they were having an off day I went back to the same location two separate times…… Tonight I was give a medium cold and stale fry when I asked for a large …….. half of my fry’s were curly the other half was crinkle the sandwich was made incorrectly and bread was stale…..:. Very mixed feelings on this location Rebeca seemed nice she offered to fix/ replace the meal within the next visit (I drove home only to realize they messed the order up after leaving already)
Disgusting. Sandwiches were a mess, stale bread, smashed sandwich, old cold fries and not even a full container, no mint shakes as posted (hello its st Patrick's day!!), wait was long, and staff was rude. Now I remember why we stopped eating there. Could have bought and made dinner instead. Won't be back.
I am very disappointed this trip, went through the drive thru. Only 2 employees working (be patient sign hung on drive thru menu board) still friendly, but we're stressed. Ordered a wrap and had a sweet sauce on it that wasn't listed on the description. I'm allergic to sugar... I got sick, didn't eat but a bite. Wife ordered a double beef & cheddar, she received a single plain sandwich, signs said potato cakes... really only reason we stopped... only to be told they were already discontinued. I'm not impressed, wasted $22!!
The front counter lady was so kind! She did an amazing job taking my order and she gave me a free chocolate shake! The roast beef sandwiches and the fries were amazing! I'll have 5 stars for Arby on Columbia and will definitely be returning!
Friendly counter staff. Helpful staff overall. We asked for a beef and cheddar sandwich for our dogs. But, we asked for it totally plain. They asked if we wanted the bun as well because of it being for our dogs. They were thoughtful enough to ask and reduced the price to just for the meat.
Attentive order taker. Yummy hot food! Quick service. We came in hangry and left with full tummies. Warm atmosphere. Great fast food place!
