If you're looking for a guilty pleasure or a cheat-day treat, Arby’s is the spot! I went with the classic Roast Beef Sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and a strawberry lemonade—and it was exactly what I needed! The roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the strawberry lemonade was a refreshing, sweet finish. And I have to say, I think Arby’s has the best mozzarella sticks in town—perfectly crispy with just the right amount of gooey cheese. Highly recommend for when you’re craving something deliciously satisfying!
I ordered by the app and when I went to pick up my food they made me wait 45 minutes, I paid 50 dollars for my food. The manager is a rude, racist woman. After picking up my food I was missing 9 pieces of nuggets and she said I steal them because she did put them in the bag. the worst day I had at Arby's.
Updated Aug 30 2023. WOW! Had the Rueben sandwich. Restaurant quality. Deep delicious flavor. Soft bread. Wonderfully satisfying and LARGE. Pricey at $7.09 for just the sandwich (not the meal) but that where the market for fast food is today.
I've noted some of the bad reviews but I live nearby and have never had a bad experience here. A whole lot more than just a food item goes into the customer experience. I rolled up on Arby's at lunch time when the drive in line was long. I needed a beer battered fish sammy. I got that sammy and was not disappointed. Management had matched the staffing to meet the lunch time demand - the drive through line moved surprisingly fast. That's not easy to do when you have a menu with more food items than you can count. When I pulled up to the window the employee who handled my order was extremely pleasant and outgoing. He confirmed my order before handing me the bag and asked if I wanted any sauces. The sandwich was very different than their seasonal fish sandwich. It was the beer batter. Very light, thin and crispy. It truly enhanced that large hunk of fish. And it was served with pickles, lettuce and tomato. I opted out of the tartar sauce. Honestly, this sandwich did not need to be enhanced with tartar, it was that good by itself.
Great experience at Arby's! There was a large order in front of me so I had a little bit of a wait. At the window they were super friendly and joked with me about not wanting any sauces! Made me laugh. Delicious mozzarella sticks and orange dream shake!
Tried to go today and THEY WERE OUT OF BEEF!! Told me they’d have more in 30min?? Asked if I wanted anything else… no, I came to Arby’s for the beef, isn’t that in your slogan? You have the meats?? Crazy.
Tonight I had the best experience at Arby’s, I’m a regular customer but today the food was amazing, was fresh and warm. The drive through girl was very friendly, great customer service I really appreciate that.
For one this is the cleanest Arby's I've ever seen. They were having difficulties because they were short-staffed however I still waited less than 5 minutes for my food. I wanted to eat inside but it wasn't possible, not the end of the world. The people working were friendly and quick and as always the food was delicious.
I have bought Original Regular roast beef sandwiches multiple times through the drive thru. 100% of the time, the sandwiches are stone cold. Not the least bit warm. Service is friendly, food is cold.
