Decent Arby's restaurant. The service was good. Only bad part, and maybe I just got a bad sandwich, but the chicken patty was overcooked and thin, like it was all breading and no meat. Everything else was fine.

I go to the drive thru window and 3 of them are staring at me, then I eat my food and feel sick immediately after, I simply didn't know how much the food was and I guess they thought I had an attitude and decided to sabotage my food... Now I have a sore throat...
Had the SmokeHouse brisket and I was really disappointed. My sandwich was less than half of the advertised size and had mostly fat. I had 4 different orders, 2 by me and 2 by different people. I hot the same type sandwich 3 of those times. The First was still the same size just less fat
I also had the Jamocha Shake! They are so good with the chocolate swirl and whip cream. I love the creamy horseradish sauce with beef and fries. The dining room has seating for two and also nice high top tables for the ones who prefer them. I walked in, short line, quick service, and good food. The drive-through always has cars. I took this photo from Arby's app. I enjoyed the shake that I forgot to take a picture. The Au juice sauce with the French dip is good and not over salty.
They made me sit and wait 25 mins just for me to wait another additional 10 mins to tell me they had no shakes after I ordered I am in disbelief that Arby’s has such rude and irresponsible employees.
Always good food and service and the value menu is affordable
I walked in around 9pm to pick up an order I placed in the app. There were 2 gentlemen one was eating fries over the fries looked at me and screamed “YOU DIDNT LOCK THE DOOR BRUH” The other gentlemen told me I couldn’t order food because the lobby was closed. I told him I placed an order online and then he grabbed it. I normally don’t leave google reviews but customer service these days suck. Don’t eat here people.
