Over the last 2 years, I’ve resigned myself to the fact that a mid afternoon food purchase will come with lukewarm fries cheese sticks. Apparently, no cheese on a French dip sandwich was far too much to ask for. After 4 failed attempts to call the store, I am leaving this here as it seems to be the only way to speak with someone without having to drive back and do it in person. On a positive note- The girl in the drive-through was very pleasant.
The Classic roast beef sandwich my fiancé had was fine but the Classic chicken club was filled with the hardest pieces of dried out chicken I’ve ever seen. Sadly we had to throw that away. We did try calling the restaurant but no answer.
I've never received food this bad. The crinkle fries were old, overcooked and completely dried out (see below), mozzarella sticks were not cooked, and I didn't receive any marinara sauce. I also didn't get any Arby's sauce for my very soggy sandwich. Who eats a Arby's sandwich without any sauce? No one. We ordered this on doordash, and it was delivered fairly fast, so these issues were not a result of the food sitting too long after the order was bagged. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. The employees here just do not care. We bought complete trash from a store w/ zero pride and integrity. Oh yeah, no ice in drinks and too scared to even eat our food. Horrible. I hope I don’t get sick from the few bites I had.
I have always loved a roast beef from Arby's , however for months now the beef is over cooked dry, and not sliced thin,! It is so much better thin. I have thrown out my food. This is the third time. Also I couldn't understand the girl in the drive thru. I bought the 4 for $10, fries and a drink.
The new seats are very comfortable, unlike previous seats. The new design of the dining room is so much better, more room.
This is the most amazing service I have ever had. Staff was friendly and my order was out before I even swiped my card!!! 100/10 definitely !

They tried to poison me with lettuce!!!
Home of the anti-lettuce attempted to slip one past me; however high meat diets provide one the protein to maintain mental quickness which is useful to detect the smallest amount of greenery.

I recommend this location and that sandwich. .
.. but not lettuce.
