I ordered from app didn’t receive apple and cherry turn overs because they didn’t have anymore made. Wasn’t told they didn’t have any upon arrival didn’t know until I got home and seen they weren’t in the bag. Also location ran out of lettuce, this was also something the store decided not to mention when I got there so I didn’t have lettuce on my gyro or either of my chicken sandwiches. They also decided to try to stuff one bag with my whole order and my order clearly needed two bags to neatly pack my order. They put my sliders at the bottom of the bag, sliders completely smushed. Chicken sandwiches were wrapped terribly. There was no effort or care but into preparing or serving me my order and no way to report these issues with my order on the app. I’m very disappointed with my visit this evening. There was no need to rush it was not busy at all when I came. I refuse to return and have my food handled so poorly. You all upgraded the building but the service needed the upgrading.
Always a great stop. Our pup recognizes the big hat sign and insists we stop. She orders her roast beef without the bun. She gets 3 meals out of the order.
We enjoyed our food, went to have the Deep Fried Turkey sandwich, but the promotion ended, too soon!
Was just in there at 4:20 and I just had to write this and let the owner know that the girl working the window today was such a sweet heart and such great customer service! I run a pizza place and it's hard to fund great friendly workers around and she's absolutely great!! Great job karey!
Ordered a French dip sandwich. The sauce was so watered down there was zero flavor. I complained to the person that took my order, which did nothing, then complained to the manager. She only then talked about how bad the staff was.
Basic sandwich and fries. Curly fries are a rip off. They are very large and put into a small cup that won't hold more than four good ones.
Food is absolute trash. Stale bread, cook did not read the instructions. Meat and sauce. Meat and sauce. No garden. That means sauce still. This is the most dry, horrible sandwich i have ever bitten into. However the lady in the window tonight got you the 3 stars because she was awesome. Cook. Read you damn tickets. Stop ruining a good place because you dont care about your job. Your inly disposable if you want to be
Just left the drive thru at the independence Arby's and not only were they very rude while handing out food or taking orders, but they forgot part of my meal. When I called to ask about how to get it, he told me he was not bringing it to me that I would have to sit in the drive thru to receive it. There were almost 10 cars in the drive thru and I've already waited so long. I've never had such a bad experience from here.
