Visited on 12/15 horrible experience. I specifically asked was the food fresh the drive thru employee instructed me to pull down to wait. Everything was stale, old and quality was horrible overall. I called to speak with the manager his name was Sean. He was so nonchalant and really didn’t care about my complaint. He offered me a free meal, but to hell with that free meal it’s the principle of knowing your food wasn’t fresh but you still served it.
This is the worst run business in Vestavia/hoover. You’re lucky if they have roast beef or even have their lights on after 8 pm. The workers won’t answer the drive thru, and if they do they’ll tell you that they’re out of everything. Why even be open? Poor management and ownership.
Complete garbage. Pulled up at drive thru. ONLY CAR in drive thru. 2 cars in the whole parking lot. Took someone 10 minutes to answer the intercom. Either the GM needs to hire more workers or contribute to the work environment to make sure there is plenty staff.
We happened to be the only ones in there on a Saturday afternoon but the food was fresh, and the service was excellent. The decor is a bit dated but everything was clean.
The food is good and they generally get the order correct but this is the slowest Arbys I’ve ever been to. We live close and it is NEVER speedy. Wait time from ordering to pulling out is at least 15 minutes.
I come here a good bit lately as it's very close to my child's school and she loves Arby's! I want to comment on the staff and how they work so hard! It seems they are very short staffed almost every time and they still deliver exceptional service every single time. You may have to wait a little bit, but its never too long and the food is always fresh and hot!! Thank you and keep doing what you're doing!
Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before close, but I ordered the 2 for $6, beef and cheddar and mac and cheese. Didn't think I needed to check the order but I guess I should have. The photo shows how little mac and cheese I received. Less than 1/4 of the cup. No excuse.
Top notch fast food. You get your food daily fast. The locatio looks great. I think,it was remodeled a year or so ago. The staff is friendly and professional.
