A good fast food spot on West Street, in between Maple and Kellogg. It’s a clean atmosphere inside and has fair service. I’ve had plenty of classic roast beef sandwiches here including a great Rueben, as well as a tasty Turkey Ranch and Bacon. Coupons are always coming out for Arby’s in the area so value is another added reason to visit. I made a recent pickup for a “2 Can Dine For $9.99” clip and it worked out perfectly. I recommend this Arby’s as a dependable quick meal option for the west side.
In love with the burger!!! Unfortunately didn't realize till almost done that it was not fully cooked... really couldn't tell with all the sauce dripping everywhere, which I asked for extra sauce and boy o boy did I get it lol it was literally dripping as you can see... not sure how they cook there burgers but definitely need to make sure they are fully cooked because they are pretty good!!!
Gail was our server and she did a great job of making us feel welcome. I appreciated her connection with us. Also how she kept the place clean.
Stopped here to pick up quick lunch for the family at around 2pm today paid 47.70 for 4 meals, the tall young man that took my order and greeted me at the window did great and everything was fine until this lady I assume manager comes to the window while he was making our 4th drink and tells me he didn't get us for 4 meals and I told her yes he did I watched the screen as he rang it up and instead of giving us our food that had been sitting for 5 minutes already she took another 5 minutes investing our 4th drink that we paid for said it wasnt on reciept and it was, then asked me a 3rd time about sauce and I explained for a 3rd time lots of Arby's sauce because we got big sandwiches...... Get home 4 min drive, fries are cold as ice and not 1 packet of Arby's sauce only ketchup, spicy and horsey, 47 dollars worth of Arby's became dog food because we can't eat dry sandwiches and cold fries. I have to be at work at 3

Freis were hot and fresh. Sandwich loaded with meat. But their salted carmel cookie?! The Bomb!!
Service was good. What is seriously disappointing is the temperature at which they serve their chicken sandwiches. Every single time I’ve been here, it’s ALWAYS COLD AND HARD. It’s infuriating that the cooks don’t check the product before giving it out to customers. If they were to receive the same sandwich as I did, they would not be happy, so why are they letting it be served. Management needs to do something about it sooner rather than later.
Used the coupons that were given to me at the same Arbys and got an attitude from both management and staff.
