Place looked clean and I like the attempt to add more to menu but needs some work. Burger was dry. Mozzarella sticks were not as good as usual. Classic roast beef was very good. I also ordered an unsweetened ice tea and received a soda instead. They were not busy at the time.
I was very impressed with my visit to the Elverson location. EVERYTHING was very clean. The staff was genuinely polite. The way they communicated to each other was impressively polite and courteous. They were all efficient in collecting my order promptly. I am very appreciative to them. It was an extremely enjoyable experience compared to any other restaurants I have visited. I will be returning.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Ordered two greek gyros, one pita was warm, pliable, and delicious. The other was un bothered. Not warm, very brittle.

Someone pooped in my food! Do not go here! Weird brown in my sandwich smelling bad!
Smaller portion of chicken slider than normal. Beef slider is good and the fries also.
One female customer is very loud, profane and rude. Trying to enjoy my meal.
Extremely disappointed, we come here a lot but rarely have issues. Took a bite into my chicken sandwich (that we waited an extra 5-7 minutes to be done cooking) and tasted a very weird chicken consistency due to lack of being cooked. Same issue with my fiancé’s chicken sandwich. Wasted 25 dollars on a meals we couldn’t even eat. Disappointing, and hoping we do not get sick.
Went here and ordered 4 sandwiches I was asked if I wanted any sauces I asked for horsey and bbq that gave me 2 packets of Arby’s sauce and 2 containers barely even any horsey sauce in them . They ran out of packets o horsey . Are they that cheap they can’t even give 4 of each sauce one for each sandwich ? Food was good manger was nice but really ?
Customer service was excellent only had to wait for my potato cakes because they do that as ordered.
