I don't eat much fast food but when I do Arby's is at the top of my list. Their curly fries are the best. The roast beef sandwich is always good but there really isn't anything bad on their menu. I really love the gyros!
Came in last night and you could see it was busy for 9:00. I made a mistake with my online order and the manager was quick to fix it for me. I ordered 4 roast beef and I wanted 2 chicken and 2 roast beef. The app was very confusing. Ms April just switched it out to what I wanted and apologized because I had to wait for new chicken. She even replaced my fries so they weren't cold when I got home. This is what good service is about!
Asked for a cheeseburger with just tomato and she keeper asking if I wanted ketchup onions Mayo and lettuce then she asked if I wanted cheese. Obviously my order was extremely difficult to understand. Good grief
Great food only issue was had to return to counter to get shake. Also bring back potatoe cakes

Last few times there drive thru can't get an order correct even if their lives depended upon it. Even after correct the order taker several times the order was still messed up and parts were missing. It's just not worth going if you don't have time to go inside.
My son and i came to enjoy a peaceful meal came in the Lead manager is the the most rudest and customer service was beyond nasty definitely never coming back to this location.
Took 20 minutes to get my food and then they messed up fries. My roast sandwich tasted blah like it was sitting awhile. Will not eat at this location ever again
The wait at drive thru was a little longer than I expected. The deluxe burger I ordered was a bit dry but the roast beef sandwich was very good.
