I went and got the Regular roast beef combo dressed. I asked was the apple turnover fresh. She said yes. Well, I got my food after being pulled up. My apple turnover was cold as ice. I went in and asked could they warm it up. The young lady who took my order acted like she didn't know it wasn't fresh. Which let's me know she didn't check the bag before handing it out. The manager came around and basically said they don't keep them fresh and you have to ask for it to be microwaved. Which lets me know that the turnovers sits there in the warmer all day and gets stale. Then, when a customer wants one, we have to ask for it to be warmed up. The food served wasn't good quality at all. I worked at Arby's at this location for 7 years a long time ago and never heard such a lie! You suppose to serve everything fresh!
Expecting a crisp, flavorful filet of fish on the sandwich. What I got was an undercooked, soggy, dead minnow tasting mess. My cat turned it down. What a waste of my $6.00.
Arby's is one of a few "fast food" restaurants I will eat at. At Arby's the food is fast, but it's actually good. Every one of their limited time sandwiches are great. This last visit was for the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT, bacon cooked right, lettuce and tomato fresh. Just a good sandwich. The Market Fresh sandwiches are great too. I don't know how they can get bread that is more fresh than what I buy at the grocery store, but they do. I especially like the Ruben and the Gyro. Service is always friendly, and my order is accurate. Overall, this Arby's and the crew that works there are exceptional.
I had ordered a milkshake, and it was the wrong size, the manager just fixed another one , not a question was asked. She was really paying attention to everything that was going on. The manager was on top of her job, bar-non .
They really care about you. My dad and I stopped by and he gets cold easy. We were going to get it to go because the lobby was cold. Manager turned ac down , warmed up and we ate there. This is my favorite Arby's in the state. Show them some ❤️
The service was friendly. The man working the window was very nice and polite. The food was nice and hot, freshly made. The crispy fish sandwich was for real CRISPY!! Asked for extra tartar sauce, and it could have used more, but it was good.
Your store on Gloster is horrible I waited for a sandwich for and Hour and they have no staff stop taking orders!
