Customer service from manager was HORRIBLE. Manners WERE NON EXISTING. Not snatching from customers DEFINITELY needs to be worked on. Saying insulting things such as, "This isn't McDonald's" was very degrading. Being respectful & kind ESPECIALLY when the customer is respectful and kind needs to be worked on. (All of this is for the MANAGER. The young lady on the drive through register was very kind. My return receipt says HOLLY, so I'm guessing this is the managers name. Idk. She walked away with a nasty attitude after shoving my money at me.
We had just came in the drive thru and very disappointed. I have come there a lot and have gotten food. The people in there working said they're closed and only accepting door dash. That's bull crap I'll never come back again. Shouldn't be open to door dash only but this time

I hate when they have kids working in there. Someone thought it would be funny to take a bite out of my sandwich tonight and still give it to me. I am so repulsed. I will never go back to this location ever again. WHY do that to my food? Wasting my money is so uncalled for.
They gave me everything I asked for. And more. Including sauces. AND they remembered to put napkins the bag. One of the very few times a restaurant on Rudisill actually got my order right in a decent time along with good customer service. Thank you
I ordered online and took longer than I thought to get there. It was right before close and they made sure my fries were still fresh and hot for me. Not to mention they get my order right every time. Can’t say that my order is correct or even hot at other places. I realize how trivial this sounds and I usually don’t review fast food places because I understand what I’m getting into. But after a long day, it meant something that they went out of their way at the end of theirs. This crew knows how to work and aren’t afraid to do it right.

Sooooo this was my 3rd time this week get trying to get fresh food. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But once’s again they don’t understand the meaning of fresh French Fries ????????♀️????????♀️????????♀️. I request it cause of the last two times of the food being not fresh. They say yes we can but give me these nasty cold dry up French fries ????????????. So I call them. The manager going to say I am sorry it wasn’t to your liking but they where fresh????… where?? Anybody in the right mind wouldn’t have at these nasty dried out French fries. Moral of the story is please make fresh food. ????????????????
