I really enjoyed my visit here. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful and made good recommendations. Our food was prepared quickly and was very tasty. We definitely will be back.
Like most fast food, it's hard to afford so I only come to Arby's for the 2 for 6$ deal. They should think about expanding that offer to other menu items
..
They initially got my order wrong. I checked it before I left the drive through and were very nice and quickly fixed the order.
It was way too expensive. The service was great. The food was great. A small pop. A small fry and a plain roast beef sandwich came to almost $11.
Absolute worst experience at a fast food restaurant in the area. We went through the drive thru at 8pm on Thursday night; 2 cars ahead of us and it took 27 min from the time we pulled up, to when we left. To top it off, we didn’t get our full order.
The kids meal was missing a portion of the order.
I don’t recommend this location. Maybe it was a short staff issue, which we can understand, but if that is the case, please make sure to get the order correct.
Went in for lunch. 1st off, no ketchup? None in the pump dispenser or even little packets. Then, no Coke. Coke dispenser was diet Coke. What fast food service has no ketchup and no Coke, and still in business? There is an Albertson's grocery store literally IN YOUR PARKING LOT! Pretty sure the owner doesn't realize the incompetent people they have working here. Do better!
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Waited at the intercom for over 5 minutes with nothing. Two cars had been sitting in front of me way longer. Finally someone took my order and without any greeting or even an apology for the wait he was very rude “what can I get you” then I ordered 3 things and after every sentence he acted annoyed and snappy. After I said that is all he just said “k” so I honestly left because I was so frustrated with how rude that guy was. Sadly I went to the other Arby’s and got just as rude treatment by the guy there. I definitely will not be going back anytime soon.
I usually like their food, but Waited for food to cook, that's fine, but I think my fries sat in the bag while chicken was cooking...
