WHY is the Roastbeef sandwich COLD now days? And why is the bun ALWAYS stale? Your prices are very high so you should price good quality food! Do better Arby’s.
Ice cream machine was broke again. Curly fries were cold and oddly hard. I used the drive thru service and had to ask for napkins.
Good - ****
I had the King’s Hawaiian sweet heat beef and brisket sandwich this time. Had a deal for $3 off for $10 total. So ordered a market fresh lemonade too. The sandwich was really good and the flavor was awesome. Lemonade was good too.
Got the burger. Over cooked, not much flavor and bun was icy cold. Potato cakes had been staged so kind of soggy. Filled out their comment card, probably won't hear from them.
If you're going to this location I would not suggest the drive-thru wow in the middle of ordering I ordered one thing and they immediately said we'll have your total at the window I had to interrupt them just to be able to order the rest of my food when I got to the window I paid and they told me immediately move up just because they want to keep their drive time down and the order behind me was already ready I'm sorry you take care of one customer at a time and when I brought this up to the manager she just blew it off with a smile
They're really nice and helpful here. Love their roast beef 5 for 10$.
Sandwiches were fresh and hot. Staff was courteous and efficient. Restaurant was clean, good temp, comfy seats.
Finley got the new hamburger. Was disappointed. Very small for the price, as well as the frys and drink. And nothing noticeable to be worth the price they charge. ????
