Went through drive through. We were told to pull around to the front and they would bring the food out because they were making it fresh. Took them 11 minutes to bring out the food. We could tell immediately what needed to be made and what must have already been made. The chicken bacon and Swiss was decent but lukewarm and for $7 and the wait we had I expected better. The fries and jalapeño poppers were super hot and fresh. The roast beef felt and tasted like it was made yesterday. The lady working the drive through was super nice. $27, having to wait 11 minutes (looked at timestamp on receipt vs car clock when they finally brought it out) and half of it being lukewarm , I think a 4 is fair. Too many things on their menu for them to be fast and good anymore. I’ve had the chicken bacon and Swiss here before and it was on point so I know they can do it, just didn’t do it today and there was only one couple inside and one other car came through the drive through and we went at 1:30pm on a Sunday.
Everyone there is always nice and smiling. They even remember my name now and I feel happy every time I go. Try the smokehouse brisket meal. I love that with a milkshake and either a cookie or turnover.
Thank you CARLED, ARELIUS and the other staff. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The dining room was also clean and cooled tempered.
We were disappointed that the shake machine was down and couldn’t try the orange cream shake.
I would highly suggest implementing greeting the customers. We had a slight miscommunication, but it was all handled very well.
So I dont eat at Arby's as much as others do, but when I have some coupons from the mail, I dont mind spending a buck or two there. For the past few days, I've been going to this Arby's location and both the service and the food has been great. I prefer to walk inside than to go through the drive thru, and every time I go inside the store, I'm greeted by the friendly female cashier at the front (I forgot your name, im sorry!). I still have a lot of coupons left, so I'll be stopping by this store during my lunch break quite often, haha.
Just so happy that they have the potato cakes I have gone more in the last month that I have in the last 2 years I love the potato cakes and r&b sandwich just didn't seem right without it I know it's temporary but I hope they decide to keep it permanent. Two of the Arby's I went to their milkshake machine was out send a bit odd that two were out and this is going to like four locations
Went to get the caramel and chocolate cookie ???? from Arby's and received it in a plastic bag. ???????? It was warm... So I realized they heat up the cookie in the plastic bag. ???? Tried it but it was falling apart and the taste is not the same as the ones before that didn't come in the plastic wrapper. This cookie used to be my favorite at a fast food place next to Chick-fil-A chocolate chip cookie... But now no more. I understand the need to change and due to allergies for some but yeah. It's a no for me. Otherwise, this restaurant over the years the quality of food has always been great. I have had to wait for a few minutes after ordering to receive my food but the quality of the food has always been good. Now I say goodbye to Arby's...so I can be more disciplined in my diet that cookie kept me coming back. Thanks for the past years! ????????????
Their food is regular. The staff members were more than kind and informative.
Good food great prices and service, the dine in experience is superior compared to its local competitors. I like the gyros & shakes or the Hawaiian sliders. I'll definitely come back often, keep up the great work Arby's.
