So Arby’s has a new beef they are selling on their regular roast beef sandwiches. Dry as hell and seriously overcooked. Do not waste your money on this crap. What is it with Laramie fast food restaurants? They all seem to be going into the crapper. Food quality is terrible! It makes it really easy to give up fast food forever. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again. Plus the employee that served me refused to make eye contact! Probably because the food was so crappy and she knew it!
After reading the reviews, I noticed that they reply with a form answer. Straight from a copy and paste. It shows how incompetent they are by not replying themselves with real words and real reaction to our reviews. Total incompetence and disregard for customer service.
The drive-thru lady was rude the entire time. She didn't change my order. I wanted it plain, and they still put everything on it. On top of that, she lied to my face. She handed me my drink that was supposed to be diet. I asked if it was diet to make sure it was fine for my wife. (She is a type 1 diabetic so she can't be drinking regular soda like me.) The lady said "yup that's what you asked for." The tab was not pushed in, now my wife's blood sugar is skyrocketing. My wife could be deadly ill because she was lazy and didn't want to re do it, or to do it right in the first place.
I was so excited that the potato cakes were back that my husband & I decided to stop. The cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there, we ordered and gave her our name. 35 minutes later we were still waiting for our food, my husband went to the counter 3 times but they got all the drive thru orders and some other orders that were ordered after us. My husband asked to talk to the manager and she looked like she was going to laugh at us, and she could care less if we got our food. All the employees looked like they were on something except an older man who was working and doing his best to please the customers. If you don’t want your store to close you need to hire a different kind of manager who makes sure it’s 1st come 1st serve!! There were only 2 of us so it wasn’t a big order. We ended up getting our money back. And going somewhere else. Your reviews are horrible. Wish I would have read them before we wasted our time!!
Disgusting.... the whole restaurant was gross. Not a clean table or floor in the place. Employees were too busy on their phones behind the counter to help. All the napkins were out. The meat was cold on our sandwiches. Usually, Arby's is great. This one sucked.
The help was rude, unenthusiastic, and slow. I waited 25 minutes for my to go order and there was only three customers in the restaurant. Didn’t receive what I actually ordered, they didn’t have straws for drinks and didn’t receive napkins in the to go bag. Restaurant is filthy and had flies all over the counters. Sandwiches looked like they had just thrown them together and were horribly messy, especially with no napkins. Horrible experience!
We went in the drive-through at Arby's. I'm not kidding. It was 25 minutes in line. They did nothing and everybody backed out of the drive-through line. My wife went in the store to order. She stood there 15 minutes. Nobody waited on her. They like ignored all the customers at the counter !!!!!!!!!
This is the 6th time giving this place a chance. Every time the food is ice cold. Soda machine out of ice, sodas needing to be replaced. Tables all dirty. One older gentleman working his tail off, two gals just here to collect a paycheck. As a restaurant owner I would can everyone except the older gentleman and start over. 6 times a waste of our time and money. Pretty sure roastbeef should at least be warm as in 140° food safety must not be a concern here. And management sitting at a table in the dining room not doing crap. Time to clean house!
We went to your restaurant for lunch. First there is a sign on the door and it was locked only drive up is open. So we go to the drive up and ordered a Rueben. The sandwich was cold the bread was not toasted. Everything in the Reuben was cold. Never had a cold Reuben. Some one don’t know that a Rueben is hot I guess. Won’t be back.
