The people working in this place elevate it far beyond a fast food restaurant! They made my friend’s birthday super special, and the manager, Cynthia, even went out of her way to play a special happy birthday song alternative with her own speaker and phone because my friend does not like the original. Cynthia also took a group photo for us. She showed exceptional leadership and people skills; she deserves a bonus, a promotion, AND a raise! Arby’s, do what needs to be done and BLESS CYNTHIA! The whole staff was SO accommodating, patient, helpful and kind to us all. Not only that, but the restaurant was extremely clean and organized, and the food was hot and delicious.
This Arbys is usually pretty good. We got a mix of things, ranging from chicken tenders to the French dip and one of their Market Fresh sandwiches. Everything was good and fresh. The mozzarella sticks were a bit bland, however, and they almost forgot my son's chicken nuggets. The drink machine was also out of ice.
I love Arby's. I go there about once a week. I never had any issues with food until 2 days ago when I ordered the mac n cheese balls. They tasted like they were fried in old oil. Absolutely disgusting!! Other than that, I have 0 complaints.
Arby's is that go to place when you're tired of the usual fast food. The food is good. Especially the gyros. It can be pricey, but it's worth it. I been going since I was a kid, and I ain't stopping no time soon.
Guys: seriously bad mac and cheese bites and terrible curly fries, and we asked for non-onion buns for the beef and cheddar. $50 and it was not all that. Will just stick with getting drinks there in the summer.
I'm not a huge fan of Arby's but the times I've been here, hands down! The fries are amazing !!! My location, the crew is always nice! Thank you!
The employees at this location are awesome! We had friendly service could see the comradery between the staff members, looked like they were having (professional) fun! Our food was fresh and great quality & quantity.
Went in asked the cashier if anyone else used the app today cause couldn't get it to place an online order. She says it's the Internet, well I have verizon and everything is working just fine. Told the gal I wanted to use the $1 coupon for fries, she shrugged her shoulders and asks what can I get you. So gave her my order and went and sat down! Started to play with the app and found the prices on the app for that location don't match so it wouldn't process it!????. But this has been an on going issue with the app and this store all they ever tell me is it's an Internet issue! But yet I can use it at any other Arby's just fine. Then also went to fill out the survey and it doesn't even have a correct store code to fill out the survey?
