Sliders advertised on Facebook, I ordered the first time really good. It a whole piece of chicken like it advertised. Come back the next day the chicken got cut in haft, bought them back in ask the manager, they are standing around not busy at the time. Her response is that how the chicken come in doesn’t seem to care. The chicken is literally got cut in 1/2 after cooked. They either run out of chicken or too lazy to cook more. I called to talk to manager again bc that’s just not right, again wasted my time.
I love the classic roast beef sandwich!!!
Went in and spent $40 for all the sandwiches to be wrong, no cheese. Curly fries cold and hard, so was the mozzarella sticks. No sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Called and talked to the manager, wouldn't give her name. She refused to give a refund. Definitely won't be going back again.
The Staff was good but the food ain't as tasty as I thought it was especially the curly fries that I've always wanted to try. The crispy chicken burger was kinda dry and the chicken nuggets while filling wasn't that great. The sauce was great, good for dipping. Also they really gotta get Cream Soda Coke.
I only ordered a shake. Super simple order. They did make it correct, I asked for no drizzle and no whip cream. The only thing odd is how long it took to take my order and for them to fill it. The lobby was empty. They were not friendly, honestly seemed miserable
They have hamburgers now that are fairly thick and good
2 stars given because at least the customer service was adequate. I will preface what I say with "I am generally an Arby's fan." Leave the burgers to the burger places and stick with the roast beef. It apparently does not matter if you put "Wagyu," which we all know it is not, in front of it and spend millions on advertising. It was terrible. RIP Arby's burger days.
Staff was not friendly- seemed almost perturbed we were there. . The dining room was dirty. The food looked like it slammed together. I question the management of this location.
