Went to this location. Staff was excellent. Somehow I got two of the wrong sandwiches but, they were good. Now I can add them to the list of things I order from Wendy’s.
I hate giving this place one star for anything, I've been hitting this spot for 20 years, or so, every night after we went to the casino we stopped here for food. Beef and cheddar, every time for me . Tonight no luck as they were out of Roast beef. Yes they were out of Roast beef. Then we received the wrong shakes 3 times. The wrong food 3 times. I spent $50 to wait in Arby's for almost an hour and never got my food correct. The people behind the register, like Shari were super great, they were super busy too but kept trying. I am giving such a bad score because after all the time and money wasted we were not given any discount, or any offer of any kind for our continued patience and high spirits. Do better Arby's, I shouldn't got my food free after all the time and the amount of money I spent.
I used to like Arby's, but it's been a long time since we've had the opportunity to go. I was disappointed to see that they didn't have the chicken salad sandwich. I've had their Reuben before, so I got that. It was absolutely disgusting! There was no Swiss cheese. Instead, there was some sort of tasteless, gelatinous sauce that was like petroleum sludge. The curly fries were cold and tasted like they had been around for a long time. The workers were really nice and did a good job getting our order out. It's a shame the food was so bad.
It is the first time I go to this place I got three meals, two of them were wings and some loaded curly fries and the other meal was a RB classic meal MEAL! They didn’t even add the fries and the sandwich looked horrible. I called to tell them what happened and said I wanted a refund to my card because I didn’t think I could go all the way back there ( I live far from that arbys) but the guy got really upset and started yelling at me telling me that I was cursing at him when I clearly did not even said a single word. Simply because I told him that he had to be nicer or do their job right because he was upset since the beginning. I do not recommend this place at all.
So I come here pretty regularly, or at least I did. Came in after work, which is late and asked for a number 1 and was told “No”. I had to demand an explanation. Was out of roast beef apparently, maybe make that clear before and not wait until I order and just tell me no, absolutely ridiculous. So I order a chicken sandwich with crinkle fries. Chicken was old, and the fries were even older. The crinkle fries were cold, not even warm and were pretty much inedible, disgusting. Everyone working the night shift should be either retrained or removed all together. UNACCEPTABLE
Service was decent, and food was decent, but goodness gracious the soda dispenser was disgusting. Some of the nozzles looked like they hadn't been cleaned in literally weeks. One of them had a freaking stalactite of crystalized syrup hanging from it. That's absolutely disgusting and a definite health code violation
Check your food b4 ypu leave!!! Idk why lunch food isn't being made fresh @9am but I order 2 crispy chickens and 6 moz the chicken was so old it was hard as a rock and cold and the moz sticks were so old instead of melted cheese I got breaded sponges and were also cold.not stopping here again that's 4 sure
There's this old prejudice white woman in there now working the register. 1st off she told a buying costumer to hold on.. bagged one person's meal..fyi..it was all that was ready. So tell me why she walked back n forth pass the register looking for any thing to do but to take my order. Manager came and did something to another register.. looking at him I could tell the he knew that I knew the b prejudice. I tell the women my name Williams, which is easy as hell to spell. Why once my order is ready she blurt out will..william...I guess.. I don't know....
Just wondering was it the attitude of having to serve a black man or can she not spell. Been out here driving 18 plus years haven't run into many that make it obvious there a racist but she tried but just couldn't hide it...
