The hype about the Good Burger was all so bad. This burger had no taste and was very bland. I had to ask for extra sauce. This wasn't 100% Waygu beef. The service was slow but good. The workers were doing the best they could. They were all over the place. They needed help to assist them with the drive-thru and the dine-ins. The female was taking orders then running into the kitchen to pull fries, make sandwiches, then run back to the counter to take orders. The male was cleaning bathrooms, then taking bags outside to the drive-thru.
Order two meals. The number one half pound I asked for extra Arby’s sauce and cheese. There was no Arby’s sauce on the sandwich or extra cheese. They provided sweet and sour sauce on the side instead.
Also, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and the wrap was falling apart and the tortilla’s texture felt like it was rubbery. I think the tortilla was old.
The curly fries were cold and the texture reminded me of plastic.
I ordered a cookie as well that had a texture as though it was old and expired.
I paid 31 dollars for the whole order and most of it went into the trash.
I attempted to call the store number to voice my complaint, but their phone was not working.
Do not go to this Arby’s! The food and service were definitely not worth the cost.
I am hoping my boyfriend and I don’t get food poisoning from the little bit of our meal we ate.
They really need to improve their food quality and training of employees.
We had the cheeseburger, curly fries, and chocolate shake meal. 10 bucks each online order deal. It's definitely worth it. Yes it's fast food, but I'd say it's a step-up from the regular places. The staff were really nice. Place was clean and organized. The chocolate shake was pretty good. I don't usually go to Arby's and have to say I'd definitely go again.
Friendly staff. Food was fresh and hot. 5+3 7$ deal is the best thing right now. Clean inside, the outside is just faded a little bit and could use a touch up. Yes there open 10am to 10pm everyday. Even if it's look empty there is someone there
The restaurant had excellent food, and the gentleman/cashier at the drive thru had a positive, happy way of communicating with me when ordering food, even though my wife was indecisive about what she wanted from the menu. If the gentleman of color is not a manager, he should be made a manager. He's really great at his job.
Just tried the Burger!! It was so good that I forgot it was fastfood...thick, juicy and perfectly cooked. I also love this specific location, the food is always fresh and hot.

I think, this is THE Best Arby's in Houston. I came here often when Covid hit us and the food was delicious. Now that I'm staying nearby I love visiting.
The service is always kind and very respectful.
The food has better quality than other Arby's in town.
I also came here for Father's Day and I don't regret it, best dinner I had.
I had the #4....Friendly fast and caring service. management was very encouraging with team members.
