We ordered the new good burger and cheese steak. The burger was okay. It would have been better if it wasn't cooked to death. It was well over done. My wife's cheese steak was ice cold. She reheated it and it was still bad tasting. The strawberry shake was good. $10 Dollars each per sandwich and burger. Definitely not worth the money.
Well, first of all I got drive thru so there wasn't an atmosphere. My biggest issue is every time i come we never get our food at the drive thru window. They always make me and the people in front of me move up. So, I thought well maybe they are cooking me fresh potato cakes but when i get home about 7 minutes later they are cold. I don't understand what the problem is.
AUTUMN the RUDE manager does not CARE about her customers. These rugs are left twisted up WET outside the side door, when walked thru the doors, there was PUDDLES of water IN THE ENTRYWAY!! Manager said she was “too busy to discuss the matter” and the “wet signs are inside” NOT outside or in the entryway where they NEED to be so customers are aware that there are wet floors and to prevent customers from slipping and falling!! EXTREMELY RUDE, and customers safety are NOT #1 priority here! This place deserves a ZERO star!
I came here and the food was hot and fresh and made just like I like it and staff was nice and sweet I Highy recommend you eating here
Third time in a week and a half Arby's let them selves run out of Barbecue . They said they ran out but had some in the oven . They must not be watching their stock very well . Also , yesterday I ordered a small milkshake at drive through . The person at the window said She had not been given enough money . When I was drinking the last swallow I found that dime . She had dropped it in the milkshake . Something didn't taste just right and I was just about to have this coin lodged in my throat . Think I will stay away from Arbys for a while until they get their problems corrected .
Extremely rude to me in the drive thru . I didn’t understand why I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn’t being complicated at all . Asked for extra arbys sauce cause I’m pregnant and CRAVING ARBYS!! And the man said I can only have 2 I have to pay for more so I was fine with that and wanted to pay for more than the man gets mad at me cause I want to pay for more any sauce . He’s still being rude and just having a nasty attitude. To top it off I ordered 2 cheddar cups and PAID for them and didn’t receive either of them .
The best curly fries! Encountered 2 of the best employees this evening, beautiful personalities.
Don't go if they're about to close. My medium fry was sooo small. But the bread on the sandwich was soft and fresh, so I think the cook for the great, hot sandwich I got. The other pic is to a tag of a man who threatened to shoot me after I called him out for littering in their drive through. But I got my food before his, through he was waiting on the side for his food so I laughed at him as I pulled away.
