The chicken stripes were so hard my mom my grandkids or my self couldn't eat them without taking the outside off and the cost of this food was simply out Rageous. 73.00 dollars 2 sandwiches and mozzarella sticks were so hard threw them out as well
Great deals, everyone is always polite and orders are alwats correct. Mozzarella sticks are not the tiny frozen ones you get everywhere else. These are the big fresh ooey gooey delicious ones!!
Got the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar meal to go. Sandwich was great, that's the way to get the beef and cheddar! Got crinkled cut fries, my opinion the curly fries are better.
Always have the best food and service and clean dining room area!! It was my birthday, and always like to go to Arby's for lunch on my birthday!!!
Waited 22 minutes in the drive-through lane then when I got my meal which was a fish sandwich with crinkle fries the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them and the fish sandwich was like it had been dipped in water you couldn’t even pick it up without everything sliding out it was really disgusting so I threw everything away
Historically I've been less than impressed with this particular location..
On a whim I stopped by a few weeks ago for a sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and chicken nuggets. I think I've been by four times since then. Their current staff truly deserves a great deal of praise... every time my food has been hot and fresh without a single mistake among any of the orders. Staff is friendly and professional, on a day that they weren't particularly rushed my dogs even got a cup of whipped cream which was quite a hit with everyone. If anyone from corporate happens to see this, pay these guys whatever you need to keep them happy- they're truly an asset to your company!
Stay away from this location...rude employees, orders never right, waited 25 minutes to get a wrong order and then took another 10 minutes to get money back after complaining to no avail. Also, after complaining to someone else, nothing is done, and there is no compensation for wasting time.
Good food. Good service. They allow you to actually use your coupons. Very nice staff.
