Was told that they were waiting on mozzarella sticks, they were not fresh. I don't know why I needed to pull to the front to get my food, since there was no one behind me in the Drive-Thru. Plus multiple employees sitting out front smoking and going in and out of the back door.
Lady told me to pull around front which wasn't a big issue except for their truck was there and I was just reminding her that I might not be next to the door and she got that super nice/ attitude with me and said yeah our truck is here. I didn't really think too much of it until I got my food which was 100% incorrect gave me the wrong sauce gave me the wrong sandwich thanks a lot
Had a Ruben Normally Has Swiss Cheese and toasted. Cold was actually OK but prefer even some toasting. I didn't notice it didn't have Cheese until half done but better with cheese.
Food was hot fresh fast and delicious and Bella that was doing the drive thru was fantastic, great attitude, bubbly and smiling ! Well done guys !!
The food was fabulous! The sliders were better than any location I have ever had them at. And the cashier, Michelle, was friendly, kind, and very relatable. We were very impressed with this Arby’s!
We love Arbys food, but our experience at this particular restaurant was awful. The staff was kind and friendly, but the food was disgusting. Every single thing we ordered was dry, old, and over cooked. Our fries were old and burnt, the buns were dry and hard, the roast beef was discolored and crispy in spots and the chicken was so old my husband spit it out after one bite.
The girls are really nice they gave the dogs i had with me treats those 2 got spoiled by them
Definitely not "fast food", but it was good. Boys working were friendly and seemed fun and to be enjoying their time at work. The new cheese steak sandwiches are SO GOOD!!!!. loved all the wildlife paintings around the dining area.
