Best WLM Reviews
I’ve always liked Arby’s, but this Arby’s has stepped up their game! Really nice interior remodel. Immaculately clean. The staff have been really friendly and helpful the last two times I have visited. Now they have these Mac-n cheese bites!! LOVE them! The roast beef sandwiches are delicious and hot. And who doesn’t love the curly fries! None in my pic because I ate them on our way home. Got 3 full meals, including sides for $40. I will definitely be eating at this Arbos more often!!
While being handed my drink the lid was not secured , popped off and spilled all over me, I wasn’t even offered napkins just a “sorry bout that bro” by the cashier…. I would have much rather liked to eat my food not wear it. I don’t feel the need to come back if this is how I am being treated
I should have got names. Whoever was working the afternoon of 10 15 24 treated my wife and I -along with our 2 yo grandson- with great service! Friendly, efficient and helpful.
The manager was exceptionally nice and the food was well prepared. The store was clean and well maintained.
We had lunch here today because they gave us some coupons the last time we were there. The deals were great and the food was amazing!!! The employees we interacted with there we exceptional especially for a fast food place. The French dip here is SO good.
Food was not good. Fries were cold. Bread was soggy.
We used our DoorDash app to order. I think the first time I had one of the Market Sandwich, the Turkey Bacon Ranch! Oh my goodness…it was simply delicious! I will order again for sure! Very fresh & tasty! Who said this was fast food!
Got food to take home for dinner. My girlfriend’s was fine. I ordered sauce with mine which I didn’t get. Didn’t want to drive an additional 30 minutes, round trip, to get sauce. Went in the next day to get a refund of only my food. I had the food and receipt. Was refused. People make mistakes and forget things no big deal, the manager could’ve made it right and refused. Horrible customer service..
