At the drive thru I was asked what sauce I wanted with my meal of chicken tenders. I asked for BBQ. I get to the window and get asked again what sauce I want and repeated again BBQ, just to end up getting Honey Mustard. I would have preferred to have been told that they didn’t have any or ran out of BBQ then for the employee to assume I wanted honey mustard. I am not a fan of Honey Mustard and now have to eat my meal without sauce and the reason why I got chicken tenders was because of the sauce!. I get this isn’t a BIG deal but we’ve all had those days where we want what we want!
At the High Point, NC location of Arby’s, we consistently appreciate the quality of both their service and food. The establishment strives to maintain cleanliness, although during peak hours, it may become challenging. Recently, they have faced staffing shortages, so I recommend exercising patience. It’s worth noting that the restaurant is situated in a less favorable part of town.
Ordered door dash and I don’t even know what to say.
To start the door dasher let us know how rude the staff was.
Food was cold. Like it has been sitting. Half my drink wasn’t even in the cup and all the ice was melted. My “side” of cheese sauce was hard.
The sandwich? The poorest excuse of a sandwich. 2 pieces of roast beef. Barely any lettuce and what was there was wilted and slimy, and one big onion in the middle of it lol. Fries were soggy and tasted old.
My boyfriends burger wasn’t even in the bag, with no notification if they were out of it etc. He got 2 sliders that were just mushed into the little container.
Thankfully DoorDash refunded us for his burger, but this was absolutely disgusting.
I get people have bad nights, but this was absolutely outrageous.
I ordered thru drive thru and asked for extra 3 pepper sauce and got pulled around. when gentlemen brought food out I plainly asked was 3 pepper sauce in the bags. he said yes. I should've looked but asked both people and was in a hurry. Get home to have no sauce in the bags at all. I call the store they are so rude at this location . From now on ill drive across town if i want Arby's again. there personal is awful
It's an Arby's the atmosphere is almost non existent. The folks working are probably horribly underpaid, so they look like they hate their lives and their jobs. Food is always great. That's all the company cares about though.
I literally just ordered and this is what came out! Yall need new staff and better customer service!! This is so sloppy that it went through my wrapper come on now! Can’t forget it’s cold too not worth my 40 dollars!!
Was in highpoint n.c visiting got a roast beef sandwich on hard roll the meat looked chopped and processed like it came out of a can no flavor at all the place was clean workers pleasant but that's not what I paid for.
If zero stars could be a rating, that is exactly what I would be giving them. As soon as I pulled up, instead of getting a greeting of any sort I was just plainly asked what I want. After asking for a french dip and swiss, I asked them to substitute the roast beef for turkey which I commonly do at other locations any other time and was told immediately they do not do that. After asking why, they just said they won't do it. Very disapointed.
