I NEVER leave reviews anywhere but this has to be the worst Arby’s I have ever been too. They have never once gotten my order right. The food is always cold and the service is terrible. I went through the drive through with coupons and was told I could not use them because I didn’t state I was using coupons. They told me I had to pay the full price. I feel as though I was being taking advantage of. The food is already overpriced and the fact I can’t use coupons is absolutely absurd. Also the French dip has like no sauce. They supposedly gave me discount which is odd because my coupons “don’t work”
I am never coming back to this location ever again.
The guy at the window seemed like he hates his job, it's sad.. the food was mediocre at best, the mozzarella sticks were too thick,cold and hard .. fries were not fresh and a bunch of broken pieces harely any actual curly fries. Prices are not great either, I'd expect better. If they had happier staff and the food was hot and fresh it'd be worth it, but unfortunately it's not.
The gentleman before me recieved nice golden colored fries. Mine were dark in color and cold. I asked for new ones but the manager said she wasnt sure why the fries were like that and it had to do with quality. She would not make new fries for me.
First, it's freezing in this store. My kids r shivering and I'm about there. Second, I wish the lobby had a timer to serve like the drive thru does. They were not concerned about the lobby one bit. It took about 10 mins to be acknowledged then 5 more for someone to take my order. Then it took about 20 mins to get my food that was sitting in the window ready. I watched a couple come in and wait to order. They finally got acknowledged around the time I was taking my last 2 bites of my BNC. They came in about 5 minutes before I got my food. They lucked out and go their food pretty quick. But our food was cold from sitting there so long. We always hit the drive thru so this was a treat for my kids to go in and sit down. The male staff was friendly, the woman scuzzed us off. My kids and I have now come up with a code word for when we r getting bad service. When I say platypus they now have my full permission to go hog wild, thanks for inspiring the chaos Arbys!
Arby's is known for their roast beef sandwiches, which are great. But... did you know they have an excellent Crispy Chicken sandwich? It is simply the best chicken sandwich ANYWHERE!
Forget the Colonel. Forget a-Filet. Try this bird on a bun. You won't regret it!
Service was quick and awesome. Better than Wendy’s in the same parking lot. Save your self the trouble and go here first.
Ordered 4 beef and cheddars to go tonight. When I get home there was practically no cheddar on each sandwich, honestly it was more of a beef sandwich except for 1-2 bites. I know everything is more expensive and people are cutting back but to pay $5.59 per sandwich and only get a small dollop of cheese is just ridiculous and a dirty move on their part. I’m not blaming the employees, they’re just following managements orders or the franchise owners directions. Shame on management.
I went through two different people to take my order and not one of them could get a TWO ITEM ORDER CORRECT after two sorry excuses for attempts. Left hungry and disappointed.
