I can’t complain because the customer service is great and normally the food is too. I’m honestly just in shock by the amount of buffalo sauce that was shoved into this wrap like love sauce but not a gallon of buffalo sauce with 3 pieces of chicken
This is the worst Arby's. They fix food any kind of way. They could careless the manger has no quality control. My burger was definitely under cooked and the Lettuce tomato and onions was soft apggy and old. My whole order was old. Watch out for the good burger that's what I ordered and it was disgusting due to it being obviously old. Hardly any sauce dryer than sand
Asked for lettuce on chicken sand. Also when is a chicken sandwich 2 chicken fingers. Had to wait 15 min for food. Person was rude. Asked for extra adjustments with French dip. Didn't get that. This place needs an overhaul
Had to ring the bell for service. The food was horrible. And my wife got an Andy’s mint milkshake and it had no Andy’s and no chocolate syrup. When asking about if it comes with Andy’s and we was told I don’t know. No one there wanted to do their job. This Arby’s is trash and I do not recommend it to be eat at. It’s only good to be demolished and made a parking lot.
Guy in front of me sat waiting in the drive though for 15 - 20 min just to order and they never took his order he had to drive to the window. had to wait for them to make his order before they even got to mine. cashier said it didn't register even though he ran over the drive through sensor multiple times. Called the phone multiple times and it was busy. screen doesn't work on the drive-thru lady in drive thru to ask me to repeat my order more than once possible microphone or speaker broke it seemed like the cashier could not understand half of what I was saying. in total the whole experience took 35 minutes in the drive thru. They closed the inside of the restaurant before it was even 10:00 pm. cashier wasn't wearing a name tag so I could not see her name. had to ask for my second drink because it was not given to me. asked for a variety of sauces and got marinara and Arby's sauce and spicy three pepper and only 1 or two of each. My fries were not even filled and my mozzarella sticks weren't burnt. This place is just worthless and one mess up after the other on my visit. I will never be going back to this Arby's, especially at night.
Overall is was a decent experience. Friendly staff & clean establishment. Definitely better than most places these days
We don't eat Roast beast but when we do, it's Arby's!!! So good. Never disappoints.
I’ve been by this Arby’s location many times and it is typically a fairly average experience. More often than not they give a small number of sauces which is a bit disappointing. However, I’ve had worse fast food experiences.
