12/17/24 the employees did an awesome job serving a large group of our teens after a late night of basketball games. They were very kind and helpful during the ordering process and made sure everyone had what they needed. Most places would just have locked the door or kicked them out right at closing time. Thanks for the good experience Arby’s.
I ordered through the app and the lady at the drive through was very rude. I guess she was mad that I ordered through the app and placed it right as I was pulling up so I don't have to order through the speaker. She was all mad about how I made the order "18 seconds ago", but if I would have ordered through the speaker it would have been zero seconds ago so I'm not sure why that's so bad. She had me pull all the way around to the door instantly instead of going to the window for some reason and when she brought the order out she dropped it my aunt all "sassy" like lol, then instantly dug in her pants and got on her phone. I normally wouldn't care but she was so butt hurt about it I feel like I have to say something. She needs to go work it somewhere without customer service that's for sure.
This was by far the nastiest most disgusting mess of fast food I’ve ever had In in my entire life!!! The moment I opened the wrapper Containing this disgusting cheeseburger, the ridiculous amount of sauce on this atrocity was all over me, my steering wheel, my shirt, my lap, my window, and my seat. I had to stop my workday. Return home and change due to the Mess that the ridiculously undertrained Jacksonville Arby’s staff created for me I will never return to this establishment!!!
I went through the drive through so not really sure of the atmosphere. The service was ok not the best but not the worst I have ever had. The food I tried there new cheesesteak didn’t like it so I was looking forward to the fries but this is why I got fries that looked like they had been recooked. Hard and nasty.
I bought the chicken tenders and side salad. The tenders looked good and crispy. They were too hard and maybe one was ok but I couldn't eat the rest too hard. The side salad was good though. The staff was friendly and very nice. I wanted the potato cakes but they don't sell them anymore.
Arbys is nasty!!!! Found a straw wrapper in my sandwich!! Arbys we have the meat plus a straw wrapper!! Don’t eat at this nasty place!! Called them on thing they said is I’m sorry were closing. You can come in tomorrow for another sandwich! Hell no!! Don’t eat at Jacksonville Arbys!!!!
Very rude. Order was wrong. Food wasn’t ready at pickup time. Ask for a jamocha shake and got a jamocha mixed with orange swirl and the manager told my kid it was made like that until I had to come to the window and blow my horn numerous times bc no one wanted to come to the window but saw me. The girl jalena or however her name is pronounced was very rude and nonchalant. Don’t go to this Arby’s in Jacksonville it makes the other Arbys look bad. Waste of my money and gas.
I feel sorry for the workers. It is summer in Arkansas and the air conditioning is not working. Fans are little solace when you are cooking.
