I ordered a turkey and Swiss WRAP and received a sandwich instead as well as a salad with NO tomatoes but received one with tomatoes. However, they were kind enough to fix the mistake. I don't blame the people making the food, because it was an error on the person who entered the order because it was wrong on the recipt. At least they did add that I did not want tomatoes, onion, or mayo on the wrap, which I am grateful for. Usually this location does a good job, so I am hoping this was an isolated event and I can return next time with no issues.
The people are sweet, but if my family wants Arby's we are sure to drive the extra distance to a different location if we want to get the right order and have the meat thin like it should be.
How does a food business not have a soap dispenser in the bathroom? It’s disgusting that this place has employees using the bathroom and then handle your food without washing their hands because there is no soap. Not empty soap, there is literally not a soap dispenser. Wish I would have known before I ate. Gross
This location is kinda hit and miss. Go in one day and the service is excellent, food is good, and your order is correct. Go in on another day and the service is slow, the orders are wrong.
Always tasty, always great service at this location! Recently, I tried the Greek style Gyro here. It was very delicious! Thanks for always being such friendly, super staff!
I guess Arby's didn't get the memo that locking your lobby when people are trying to come pick up online orders isn't acceptable. Nobody is going to wait in a drive-thru for 30 plus minutes to pick up an order
Edit: A month or so later and it's still a joke. Crew is totally disarray more concerned with acting dramatic instead of focusing on the guest. Picture added for context of this stores lack of urgency. Don't ever go here. Ever.
Good job. I just wish there was a little more professionalism when it gets late in the day.
Food is usually good at Arby’s, but at least since COVID, their service level has dipped. They do well with what they have, but apparently they are constantly short staffed. Whether this is the fault of management or we just have a generation of folks that don’t want to work or a combination of problems, only time will tell. I’m not bashing the restaurant, but they have certainly slipped a bit.
