Placed online order for a single sandwich and fries at 650pm midweek. Over the 35minutes it took to get my food I confirmed with them twice that I was the online order, during which time I only counted about 10 total other orders being processed, none of which appeared overly large. When they finally brought out my food I asked if it was still going to be warm at which time they offered to remake it.
Definitely NOT the A crew working there as there was at least 5 people in the back ‘trying’ to process the few orders that came through.

Food was typical Arby’s which I typically enjoy but don’t go to this place unless you have lots of time to kill
We ordered inside, to go. Waited a long time to get our order. I asked for ketchup packets, didn't get any so I got a couple from inside. No napkins in the bag. My biggest complaint is the French fries. I ordered a medium crinkle cut. This is what I got. Won't be eating there again.
My wife and I went in here during the typical dinner time window (6-ish) on a weekday. Entering the restaurant it was clear the standards were low at this location judging by the general appearance and physical state of the facility. We went to the counter to order (wait for it…) a couple of roast beef sandwich meals and were told they had no roast beef because someone had forgotten to put it in the oven. Sounds a bit like a SNL skit, but it is a true story. An Arby’s Roast Beef location with such a low level of competency they didn’t even have their namesake product available for purchase.
Arbys for me and the family is a hit or miss. The other day we drove through the drive through. As we pulled in front of the menu I knew exactly what I wanted. The challenge Diablo roast beef dare sandwich with the loaded Diablo fries. They unfortunately didn't have beef.....what kind of Arbys runs out of the main ingredient for most of their sandwiches which is ridiculous. Then after switching to the chicken Diablo sandwich they asked, "are you sure you want to order that, cause it's spicy?" My response is, "are you sure you want my money?" First no beef then question what my order is?!! I've come here two other times to find out they closed early because of lack of staff. I'm starting to see a pattern here. I used to like coming to Arbys but the lobby isn't even open and you can't tell me, "it's because of COVID." Bull! I can honestly say the "Diablo Dare" was ok. The sauce wasn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be, but it surely over powers everything else on the sandwich which made it the biggest disappointment. The one thing I can say that I had at this fast food chain is good customer service. Even though they were out of beef, they were handling it very professionally. So I wanted to order the Caribou combo. Coffee and a sandwich. They would NOT allow me to order it unless I was a perks member. I Don't want to be a perks member. So I cancel my order. In what universe did the powers to be decide this was a good policy.
10/1/24 7pm worse food a service I've ever had. 4 people in the restaurant and it took 10 minutes to order and when we got our food the food was cold and under cooked. They don't even deserve a 1 star!
Traveling back from the cabin and stopped by here for dinner and the place was a mess! The floor was so sticky my shoes literally stuck to it and my foot came out. Bathroom that worked was dirty and the food was probably the worst Arby's I've had anywhere in the country.
Service was quick even when they were busy. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend going there.
