Best WLM Reviews
I came to this quiet establishment, was greeted by a young lady who had welcoming smile, she was kind enough to wait while I took my time trying to figure out what to eat. She had great eye contact and made sure my order was correct before she left the counter still smiling. The service was precise and quick my order was ready after I paid. The restaurant was very clean no food on lobby floor's. There's a drive thru.
Actually impressed at how nice the staff was and clean the restaurant is. They are also incredibly fast.
It's always great, and the milkshake machine works ???? 2021
Well, take backs 2023... milkshake has been down for months and disappointed with the quality of food. Beef and cheddar will end up being roast beef, no cheddar....
Check your order. They will short change your order our order is from. 8-1-2023 @ 830pm... not to mention, we waited for 15 minutes.
I arrived here in the drive thru at 10:12 after work. I orginally orderes 2 for 5 chx wraps, 2 kid chx meals, and gyro. I was informed by the shift manager chance that bc it was 40min before closing that it'll take a min for the gyro. I said "ok no worries, i can go without the gyro"...I pulled to the drive thru, paid and waited about 7 min. He came back to the window and asked can he give more chx nuggs with the kids meal instead of one of the fries bc one of the fryers were off, at this point its not making any sense bc how did you fry the chx nuggets &other fries. So i told him that the extra nuggets were fine. We recieved the food and drove off. Before i pulled out my kids started to eat the food, it was ALL cold and HARD, the meat was dark when you break it apart and chewy! The fries were hard! The chx wraps COLD!....At this point i go back to the window and ask for a refund, and ask why all the food is cold. Chance the shift manager proceeds to tell me "im sorry about that, we break everything down at 10pm so whatever food is left over from frying at 10pm is what we serve until 11pm. I was shocked, as ive been in the food and hospitality industry for 13 yrs plus. To sale me food that you KNOW is old, had me wait, AND i switched my order to make it quicker was TERRIBLE. My children couldve gotten sick. Needless to say, i recieved my refund and he proceeded to say "give us another chance". How insulting, when this visit was terrible and a complete waste of 30min.
I stopped by for the Fries everyone knows Arbys for, some crispy and soft curly fries. And that's literally it -
After my first 4 fries or so I'm noticing the rest of this entire $3.49 large fry is nothing but crispy, small, bottom of the basket pieces of nothing.. done of these hurt to eat ????
If an employee thinks this is ok to sell for people to consume and think they'd enjoy it... they need more training or a different job..
Fries... cmon...
So I ordered the Delux burger. And it was awesome. Hot, cooked to order(medium, not well) Really tasty as if chargrilled. And only $7.99. Well worth it.
The place was really dirty and sticky. I ordered chicken nuggets but instead got chicken sandwiches and the staff started mocking me and saying racist remarks, making fun of my accent and saying that you said chicken. This is the third time this has happened.
Tried the hot honey boneless wings. The sauce was solid, the wings were decent. A very respectful 4 stars.
