Really fast and food is always hot.
Service is typically very good.
They rarely ever get the order wrong.
The one thing holding them back from 5 stars is the treatment given if they ever do get your order wrong. They don't listen, they cut you off and they have attitude like it's your fault it's wrong. Given they do correct the order, but that's after arguing with you and not listening to what is wrong. Then you can tell that you just interrupted their whole day because when you receive the food, it's sloppy. But even after it's said and done, I still apologized for inconveniencing them, and they still continued to cut me off.
So by all means. It's a great place to eat. Probably the best Arby's I've ever been to.
Just need to work on situation assessment and how they treat people when they mess up.
Probably the BEST fast food place in the wiregrass because the employees were friendly, dining area is clean, the restrooms are clean, and food comes out fast and hot. I recommend the Reuben, it was fantastic. Not too many places like this around, I'm glad we stopped in.
No straws... how can you run out of straws... then get told.. go check the gas station...great service would have been going to see for yourself to help your customers not waiting till they ask for a straw for the drink
Well, the burger was delicious. Don't know about fries, they forgot to give them to us. Turnover they forgot to cook. It looked like it thawed on the floor.
I went in evacuating from Florida. They were out of roast beef. The equivalent of KFC running out of chicken. I was joking about it because, it is, a joke. A heavy set African american employee over heard my jokes and made a comment "oh that was you talking smack, we should have made you wait." But he wasn't doing anything to fix the problem. An Arby's should never run out of roast beef. This happened at 930pm Monday October 7th 2024. And when I called to complain, the acting manager Amanda hung up on me mid complaint. I never complain or write bad reviews unless it's necessary. I'm sure nothing will be done about it but hopefully people will see this and think twice to stop at this location.
Drive threw older lady about 4pm on Saturday very rude! Acts like she dousnt want to be working attitude cuts you off when speaking and rushes you..
Just left the Ozark Al location. Bought a $7 French dip sandwich in drive thru and got to my location and didn't even get a napkin. I can understand if they were busy but I was the only one in drive thru. Never again will I go out of my way to drive there just for a sandwich
Don't go here they are so lazy to drop some fries in the grease for a couple of minutes.. You don't get what you order because they tell you they don't have it.. You get burnt food like it's nasty
