Always prompt and friendly service at this location. I usually get strawberry lemonade, which is good. Be sure they give you the lemonade if you order it, as it comes from behind the counter.
My son wanted a sandwich with extra meat. Well he was very satisfied so I had to get what he got because it looked real good and we both bonded over food. Thank you. Everything was amazing including customer service.
Stopped by for lunch today. Line is wrapped around the building so we were going to eat inside. They have all the doors locked so you can’t come in.
I walked in to do a to-go order and was greeted by Annie who was shockingly engaging and courteous. She asked all the right questions in the loveliest manner possible. When I paid she handed me a cup to feel and before I could walk away from the counter a friendly young man handed me my order. As I walked away and filled my cup I realized I had a huge smile on my face. Once I got my drink situated I walked right back to the counter and ask for the manager. Annie looked a little bit puzzled but promptly grabbed the manager from the drive-thru. I told her about my wonderful experience and how pleased I was. I also told her I know none of those things happened by accident. I literally cannot think of the last time I walked into any fast food restaurant and got blown away by prompt and more than courteous customer service like this. Awesome work by the entire team. I'll be back when I'm in the area again for sure!
Ordered a deluxe burger and was given a deluxe roast beef sandwich. The curly fries were hard and cold. Got home before discovering the error and had to drive back.
I love going to this location. I live in hillsborough county but drive to this location. The day time crew are wonderful people. The service there is impeccable. Keep up the great work!!
Service is everything to me and the staff that works at this Arby’s make you want to have a good day. Staff member with the middle name Michelle, was exceptional and greets everyone with a genuine smile. Thank you for being great
This is supposed to be a double beef n cheddar, with extra cheese. I paid for a double beef n cheddar and got a regular. As a new location, this needs to be done better. Otherwise food was good and fairly quick.
