Definitely my favorite Arby’s
Cute/Clean restaurant with friendly service. We ordered the Greek gyros with extra sauce and two strawberry cream pies. They were made fresh as I waited 5 minutes for it. Delicious!
NASTY EMPLOYEE! Pulled in to grab a meal and observed a white female employee outside smoking. She went inside as I exited my car. As I entered, I saw her putting her personal belongings behind the counter and she asked to take my order. I asked if she wanted to wash her hands first since she was outside smoking. She responded that she's not making my food. I reminded her that she was just outside smoking. She again refused to wash her hands and said she won't touch my food. As I turned to leave, as she would be handling my fries and drink cup, she began laughing. I will NEVER step foot in that store again because I don't want DIRTY tobacco or nicotine fingers anywhere near my food. Customer Service at its worst!!
Waiting almost 10 minutes for my order to be taken inside the restaurant. There was so much red ranch on the sandwich that the bun was sorry and got the red ranch everywhere!! Half the nuggets were harder than a rock!! Won't be going back there!!
Me and my brother orderd food at 9:57pm and its now 10:47pm, tracker says its STILL being made after an HOUR and won't be here until almost midnight, when we both have work in the morning. Very disappointed. I used to love this place, will never order again.
Brisket. That’s what’s up. This Arby’s is better than the other few I have reviewed. Good sauce distribution and nice crunchy onion ratio. The bun was fresh and the brisket was a mouth full of Smokey goodness. The fat melted in my mouth. If you closed your eyes you would think this sandwich isn’t from a fast food place like Arby’s. Do your mouth a favor and try it.
The fries are burnt and clearly cooked in old grease almost not edible. ice cold. don't have a long enough break to go back for new ones so I'll complain here
The young lady that took my order at the front counter was completely covered in dog hair on her jacket. I called the restaurant to speak to manager in hopes to not embarrass the young lady. A person claiming to be the manager immediately became defensive because I asked for her name at the beginning of the call. I politely hung and decided to called the corporate office hoping someone would take this seriously. I spoke to a customer service person that took my information and said I would be contacted. It’s now been a week ago and I still have not gotten a return call. Safe to say quality customer service and a clean eating atmosphere where food is sold is NOT top of mind at this Arby’s location.
Fries are old and tiny pieces. Ruben sandwich was just bread not grilled. Won't buy food from this location again.
