Best WLM Reviews

Every Arbys should look like this location. Beautiful modern an clean, clean! Wanted to share a picture of the perfect crispy mac and cheese ball
I've always come to this Arby's my entire life and tonight as a disabled person they told me I needed to walk my ass into the restaurant to pick up my app order. I had never heard this before and it was quite rude that they had said it that way because I had already been waiting behind five cars for almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches ! When I asked if this was new they said please don't bother me. I'm just following orders. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I will never be back.
**Arby's: Where You Pay More for Less (and it's cold)**
If you’re craving a lukewarm disappointment served with a side of "whoops," look no further than Arby’s. My experience can best be described as an elaborate game of “how many ways can we mess this up?”
First, the food: my sandwich was barely cut in half—like someone started the job and said, "Eh, good enough." The fries? Half full. Apparently, portion control at Arby’s means controlling how much you *don’t* get. The meal was cold, which really added to the fine dining experience of eating sadness straight from the fridge.
The sauce? Not the one I ordered. And just two packets, because why would you ever need more than that? But the cherry on top was the complete lack of napkins. Who needs those, right? Apparently, Arby’s assumes I enjoy using my sleeves to clean up their mistakes.
All this for a price that made me question my life choices. For the cost of this meal, I could’ve gotten something warm, complete, and napkin-inclusive elsewhere.
Arby’s, you have the meats, but do you have your act together? Doubtful.
I love this Arby’s! It’s right around the corner from my house and the customer service is top shelf!

The restaurant is always kept clean and there’s no trash in the parking lot.
Special thank you to my man Jacob Cunningham! We need more people that care about giving exceptional customer service like you!
Come check out this Arby’s on the NW corner of Arizona Ave and Warner Rd!

????????????????
People were nice, service was slow and the food was raw. Ordered the good burger. Not so good when it's raw on the inside
The Arby's cheeseburger is not a joke, it really is pretty good. Just like I love really good pizza, I also love a really good cheeseburger. This Arby's does have a bit of a challenge with the nearby restaurants being under construction. That makes going through the parking lot and exiting the main lot an eye-sore.
Food is good, but I usually try to have a coupon whenever I come. I like the regular roast beef sandwiches and sliders. The fish sandwiches used to be better, but they are still good. Love the curly fries.

August 2022 Update
I took away one star from my previous review because Arby's used to be top-tier fast food. They are still on the higher priced end for their food, but the quality seems to be lacking.
Just like many other restaurants and stores, it seems as though they have made everything a bit smaller than it used to be.
Some items seem like a smaller bun and others with less meat than previously.
We recently heard ads and received a coupon sheet in the mail that advertised their hushpuppy breaded fish strips, so we decided to try them.
We went through the drive-thru at about 8pm and we weren't sure if they were open because it was really dark. We pulled up to the menu board and a lady asked if we knew what we wanted to order. I let her know that the board was not lit up. She was able to turn the lights on and we placed our order.
I thought that the fish strips were supposed to come with fries, but we just received 3 strips and a tartar sauce for $4.99.
We also used a coupon for some regular roast beef sandwiches.
If you look at my photos, you can see that the fish strips were kind of small. The container of tartar sauce was about the same size as the fish. They tasted okay, but were kind of greasy.
Also, it seems like Arby's still serves sauces with high fructose corn syrup. Most of the bigger fast food chains have switched to sauces that are sweetened with sugar, instead. Not a huge difference, but supposed to be a little bit healthier.
The regular roast beef sandwiches were okay, but not really that filling. There really aren't any other fast food restaurants that I can think of that sell roast beef sandwiches, but everything else that Arby's offers can be found at many other restaurants.
Between the readily available coupons and the “menu specials” there’s almost always a deal to be had here. We’ve been to this location dozens of times and never had a complaint or any kind of negative experience. Staff is always polite, store is always clean, food is always good. What else can you ask for?
